James and Wes were two of the most professional, helpful, and patient people I've ever met. Their store has a wide variety of PC parts, and from entry level computers to the high-end. I ordered a high-end custom gaming PC from them. They were super courteous and quick in picking up my calls and answering any questions I had. From helping me decide what parts to get and were compatible, to walking me through the process and giving me updates when building my PC, and even following up with me after I got it home to check how it was going.After using the PC for some time now, I can safely say this is THE best PC I have ever owned in about 25 years of using computers. It's beautiful, professionally built, and runs like a dream. No matter what tasks I do, or games I play, it performs perfectly with no hitches or issues. The RGB colors are totally optional as well and they can custom make it to your liking.I can't recommend Smart Parts PC enough, and for anyone wanting a great PC for gaming, work, or just daily use I would highly recommend you getting one from them. 5/5 stars.

Wesley and James are awesome! Was looking for some memory for a windows 10 upgrade. After calling all over town trying to locate what I needed, SPPC was my last hope before buying online. To my amazement, they had exactly what I needed at a super price that was as good as online! Wesley was a great help and enjoyed talking with him as well. This is THE PLACE to go for all your computer problems, great customer service and support, I just wished I called them first! KUDOS SPPC! Great job!

I highly recommend Smart Parts for any computer need; of course repair, it also sells refurbished laptops and other items. James, the owner, is incredibly attentive and helpful, also personable and patient! But the main point to me is how he guarantees his work and will make sure you're happy! His is one of those rare "shops" that goes above and beyond!Initially, we went because it's close but now I'd go out of my way... We needed my daughter's computer rehoused in a new hard drive casing and he found the best solution and went through options and my non-tech savvy questions! He loaned us an inexpensive item we needed until we could get our own!! Amazing, right?!Initially, we had trouble configuring to the online game my daughter wanted to play, and weren't sure if it was related to the new casing... We went in about 45 minutes before closing, and James stayed over an hour late tweaking and configuring it to work! Now she happily plays almost daily. This was at no cost.I was so happy I returned to buy a laptop, and he added upgrades and things that weren't anticipated in original pricing at no extra cost because he felt he'd committed to a price!If you want honesty, integrity, quality service, your money's worth (and then some) and a stress-free experience, I'd look no further! We feel lucky to have found the place we'll go for all our computing needs!

Found an item on Craigslist that these folks were selling - although it was not exactly what I needed, they were incredibly attentive and found several alternatives for me to choose from. Super friendly and very competitive. Will definitely have my future business!

They get a Gold Metal from us, they are the Olympians of computer design and repair!!!!My husband is a hard core I-Racing fan and a pilot. He's raced professionally since he was 8 years and started flying when he was drafted/invited to join the Vietnam War, he's now 73 and loves his VR experience. I know, an old man using VR, he loves his Oculus VR. His 5 year old computer was no longer cutting edge and he knew he needed to update his system. Wesley at Smart Parts PC was recommended to us by a friend who makes his living using a computer. The team at Smart Parts pulled a system together for Johnnie that he absolutely loves. When we have a problem, a simple phone call to Wes and he's on it. Build it or repair it.....they will be honest and fare.

Professional, friendly, and very competent describe this business. I took my computer in to see what they could do to improve to functionality as I was getting ready to replace the unit. They suggested an easy fix that was inexpensive and now my laptop works like it's brand new.

I found this place online. I needed help and like always had to many questions for the average person to handle. That wasn't a problem for Wes. Wes answered all my questions and helped me to make the right choices with my purchase. I would recommend this place to anybody who needs computers or parts. Wes has helped me so much. Very patient with this old lady (no, I'm not his grammie) while I pepper him with questions. I've been going here for three years now and absolutely will not go anywhere else for my laptop needs. I recommend this shop for all your computer needs; and if you don't have to have it they won't try to sell you anything!
