Let me start by saying it would be a great service to get especially to the airport when you need a ride. That said I was recommended to them, but the person never used their services, and apparently I will not be either. So I called & the guy who answered the phone said it would be $115, I said ok book me for a pick up, and another guy calls me soon after that since I live in Kings Ranch that it would be $55 more, and I told the second guy who wanted more money that I had confirmed my address several times with the first guy, and he quoted me $115.The 2nd, guy was not nice and just because one lives in Kings Ranch doesn't mean I need to be price gowdge. I don't understand how people can just do what they want nowadays at work and get away with it, we're definitely living in the end times. Oh, and do you think I'll be using Slick's service in the future.? You're right, NO I'm not, because now I know why he calls it Slick's service, because they try to be Slick and overcharge.

I had a friend come in from Georgia and I told her to use Slicks. First off they no longer take calls that are not verified, have to have caller ID on phone. When she got picked up the female driver was rude, very rude. Thought the drivers were better than that. They have posted on windows No Smoking, but drivers still smoke in vans. When she paid by cash app she was charged a processing fee....I don't get why they charge a fee when the cash app doesn't. The customer service is really going downhill. Rude dispatcher that needs to be fired, and now a very rude driver. I'm surprised it's even still in business. Go somewhere else for a ride. I'm no longer recommending this company.

The drivers are all friendly and courteous. Can't say the same for the dispatchers in the office. The vehicles are always kept clean. I'm just being honest here, Fluffy. Have a great day, everyone, and give Slick's a call when you need a ride.

I used to use Slicks all the time, often needing transportation between Hereford and Whetstone and was always a great tipper. On Sept 21st, I called as I was finishing up work, requesting a ride to Whetstone. The dispatcher, who never gave me her name, told me they couldn't come to my location because it was "after business hours". I told her I was still there so obviously not all business had concluded and that other employees worked later at times. I told her I had no other way to get to where I was going because I had previously canceled my regular ride not expecting to run into such an issue. She told me I could walk to another business that was open. I told her I was carrying about 50lbs of laundry with me. She said, "not my problem". I was frustrated at this point and said this was ridiculous, requested a manager or owner. She flat out said NO. I said what gives you the right? She said she'd hang up on me if I gave her anymore attitude..I stated my attitude reflected off of the way she spoke to me and she need not be so rude. She refused to send anyone my way. I called the person to which I was needing the ride to and he said he would call. He called and tried to prepay, which was refused, but did get a cab to come to a near by OPEN location. There was fortunately a generous young man that saw me struggling with my bags who offered to help. When I arrived I saw the cab. They looked at me and zipped out of the parking lot?!?! I called back asking wth? She said they waited and I wasn't there. According to the calls, the cab waited less than 5 minutes. I believe the reason they left was because they realized it was me, the girl with the laundry. When I again spoke to the nameless dispatcher, she asked if I had someone else call for me. I said that he was the one paying for the ride who had the address I needed to get to, I was in no way attempting to hide my identity considering I had done NOTHING wrong. She was continually rude and it was uncalled for. I said I was there, but yes, it took me a few minutes with all the stuff I was carrying. I said could you please send another cab, I am stranded otherwise and at this point it was midnight or later. She reluctantly sent the cab. When I got into the cab, they requested money up front..I said he had tried to prepay and you refused it, now you tell me I have to pay now but won't accept his prepay offer?? So at this point I have $13 to my name, half of the cab fare. I was told to exit the cab. Obviously emotional and now very worried about how to get anywhere as I sit in a parking lot with all my laundry alone. I call her back and beg her, ask what I need to do in order to get this ride? Said I would have the money transfered to me so when the cab arrived, everything would be covered. She said, sorry lady- you're on your own, maybe if you hadnt given me attitude but nah, I dont feel like doing any favors for you and I'm blocking your number. I said, I need the name of your manager. She hung up on me as I am in tears, laughing. So I was left with no ride, she did call back and tell me if I paid $58 up front she'd send someone. What is the $58 for?? I didn't have it. I wound up getting a ride from a man I shouldn't have gotten into the car with. He tells me after I'm in the car and halfway there that he's looking for, "female company and you are pretty cute". I told him I could not help with that as I scanned the car door for the lock and the door handle. He continuously put his hand on my leg after I said Please DO NOT do that. He was very aggressive and I didn't know if I would be taken to my location or not. Fortunately he did, not very happily but he needed the money that I said he'd get when he dropped me, which I gave him. Thank you Slicks, for giving me no ride and no options, leaving me in a very questionable and scary situation. Don't use this cab, especially if you are a female because this dispatcher likes to think she can do whatever she wants, a power play of sorts and doesn't care what happens to you. Awful night, because of what?? What did I do so wrong, other than not being informed of how the payments were supposed to be paid. I still don't know and the cab driver that made me exit the cab left with my $25 insulated cup that they refused to return. Unless the owners take responsibility for this girls actions, they are just as bad. I left a message but have received no response as of yet, also the reason I am giving this review days later. I wanted to give them the chance to fix it, but have heard nothing.

Chuck is great, best driver we've had even through Uber. Some guy we rode with was being disgusting and weird. Chuck took the initiative to kick him out of the vehicle because we were all uncomfortable. If you get chuck make sure you tip him good!!

Hanging up on a potential customer is not a good idea!I called for a ride from my home to my office on 1st in Sierra Vista. Apparently Slick's doesn't service 1st for whatever stupid reason.However, before I had a chance to ask or request an alternate drop-off location, Slick's hung up on me! No, "Sorry we can't take there, but we take you elsewhere?" Just hung up. If this is the kind of customer service and courtesy one can expect from Slick's, I'd rather just walk.

White van coming off of Snyder onto 92, drove out in front of a vehicle within 10 feet then crossed over into my lane and almost caused a pileup. Dispatch stated that the passenger was having a medical emergency however the were going away from the hospital. Nice excuse when you almost kill people on 92. I don't know how this place is still in business

I ordered a cab to my apt bldg and specifically said I would be in front of the office, and she confirmed. She calls back after a few minutes and said he was in front of the office. I said, no he wasn't, cuz that's where I was. She got on the radio asked the guy where he was, he said he was by the mailboxes. All said, in a regular tone of voice was, "That's not the office." The lady went off on me, starting screaming and cursing me out and hung up on me, and refused to let me speak to supervisor. Completely uncalled for, and unprofessional. Don't bother. Just get a Lift. You're not saving any money anyway.

From the dispatcher, to my driver Fluff, to the amazing customer service and punctuality. I would definitely recommend them! Aside from the business aspect Fluff made safe and comfortable and was full of great conversation! Thanks for turning my trip to AZ around! This company made me believe in humanity again.
