One of those rare and great experiences that deserve a shoutout.. stopped in with a latency issue and Rich was amazing, fixing my issue and explaining how I could address further problems on my own. And on top of that he's a great guy! I'm sold on this business.

Not only are these guys the best at anything Apple, but they're also the coolest people. While we waited for my new iPhone to transfer data from my old iPhone, the owner invited my kiddos to play in his podcast room, with fun costumes and a green screen.We all love this place.

I cannot count the number of times in the last 17 years that the people at Simutek have saved my life. Today was the peak; in 23 hours they took my laptop that had been soaked by a full bottle of wine (long story), dried it out, cleaned it, and got it working again! They've also sold me and my parents high quality refurbished machines, helped me with weird problems I couldn't figure out, and so much more. I love how they don't assume you're stupid or don't know what you're doing and talk to you like you're intelligent, and they're very honest about value, pricing, and options--when I had the horrible butterfly keyboard in my 2017 Macbook Pro and it broke for the eleventy-billionth time, they straightforwardly told me it was not worth investing more money in such a piece of crap (I still feel like Apple owes me for that, tbh) and helped me select a replacement machine for a good price, and it's that same machine that I am now typing on, even with wine damage. This is also the place to go because they know Apple and they also know which third-party brands play best with Apple products, and they know when to advise you to stay in the Apple ecosystem and when Apple is just price gouging and you can do just fine with someone else's product. I have never had problems with any items I have purchased from Simutek.This is always my first stop with any Apple tech problems, and even the couple of times when problems I had were part of warranty or class action lawsuit stuff and Apple itself had to handle it in order for it to be free, it was still worth going through Simutek first, either because in some cases they can send stuff on to Apple for you or because they are just more pleasant people than folks at the Apple Store. The once or twice I've gone directly to Apple for problems instead, I've regretted it and wished I had gone with Simutek. Better people, better service, better turnaround time!

This place is always a win. I've been going over 5 years. Jackson helped me today, he is up to date and incredibly knowledgeable. So much better than the Genius Bar at an Apple store!! I learned more about the cutting edge of the M1 chip, how they lept light years ahead of Intel and I have been researching online for months! I am proud to be an Apple shareholder again! If Mac comes out with the new M2laptop this year, or if they don't, I'll be going to Simutek next year to buy my new laptop. Support local business, but more importantly,support businesses like this with folks like Jackson!!

Couldn't ask for a better place than SIMUTEK! I've been using this place since they were at the Broadway/Swan location. Any time I've had a problem Simutek has come to my rescue. They are patient and answer all your questions. I won't go anyplace else.

I am an Apple person. I have been using Macs for over 25 years. But I am no tech expert. While I can make my way around a Mac computer, I still need guidance. With a new purchase, there is always a learning curve. The customer service at Simutec was outstanding. There is no push to upsell or talk above the customer's head on techie things. It was a stress free experience which is rare when purchasing and learning about technology. I especially want to give a shout out to Rich for his help during the purchase and the time he took to share his expertise with me. While I was there I also noticed the expertise of the other employees and how well they treated the customers. I highly recommend this shop for all your Apple needs!

These guys sure are helpful. They have always helped me when I come in to the store. Jack helped me today and he fixed everything in a short amount of time. I hope this store stays in business because I don't know of another place in Tucson that does what they do. SIMUTEK rocks!

My iPhone wouldn't charge. I thought it might mean a new phone. This was the fourth or fifth time at Simutek for me. They have solved or helped me with my issues and never charged me a dime. It turned out the charging aperture was full of liter which covered the contacts. They got it back charging like always. I almost had to twist their arm to pay for their service. The fee was $15! A lot less than having to buy a new one. You're in good hands there.
