I would give this business a negative number if I could. My husband needed an MRI and was referred to SimonMed. He was required to fill out all his information online, including his height and weight. Everything is checked over by office staff.My husband took the day off work and drove 40 minutes across town for his appointment. The MRI tech refused to do his MRI. He claimed my husband was 6 pounds over the weight limit and claimed the machine already had several cracks in it. 6 pounds or 2% over the limit plus he commented that the tunnel is very narrow. My husband has had MRIs in the past with zero problem so this was a wasted day off plus a wasted hour and a half, plus gasThey knew his weight beforehand, so why did they schedule him if it was going to be an issue? Even the office staff were perplexed why he was turned away. Luckily they were able to schedule him at one of their other locations (which have the same equipment).I have to assume either the MRI tech is just an asshole or SimonMed has sub-standard equipment. Either way, we will make sure nobody in our family or circle of friends ever get scheduled at a SimonMed location ever again.

I needed a traumatic brain injury protocol and SimonMed is *the* place to go for it. The staff here is really pleasant. Trevor was especially kind. I'll need to come back because my claustrophobia freaked me out and I couldn't go through with it. But I'll be happy to get a mild sedative and come right back to this location.

My X-ray orders were originally sent to Radiology LTD but they're not covered by my insurance so Simonmed is where I had to go. I called them to make sure they had both orders from my Dr since Radiology LTD didn't and they told me yes they had both. I come in for my X-rays and the lady at the desk said they didn't have both orders so she had to call my Dr. After the X-rays were done I asked for a copy and the lady at the front desk gave me a disc. When I got home I find that not all of my X-rays were labeled on the disc and I can't even open them on my laptop. My X-rays were done on Friday and it's now Tuesday and still haven't gotten the results. I can't get a hold of the office without having to go through their call center first and get transferred to a number that rings 30 times then disconnects or have to talk to a man with a very thick middle eastern accent that I cannot understand and when I said to him "I mean no disrespect but I can't understand what you're saying. Can I please talk to someone that doesn't have an accent?" He told me to hang up and call back. Over the weekend I got automated calls from them telling me they have gotten orders from my Dr and I should call them to make an appt. I had already had my X-rays done. Even if you do call the number to make an appt it tells you X-rays are walk in only and disconnects the call. The people at this location that I had contact with were very nice and so far they are the reason I'm giving 2 stars and not zero.

Simon med unlike radiology unlimited fixed there mistakes it may have taken getting an account representative involved to finally get the MRI completed, but it was definitely worth it especially to have results roughly about 24 hours later. This particular account representative made up for the lack of customer service that I was receiving after an employee from the referring company mentioned my frustration to him. Within 48 hours of them having the original conversation not all needed. We have both approvals from my insurance, but my MRI was scheduled and never canceled again. So thank you Francis, Harrah and everyone else that made this happen. In the event, I need another MRI I will be returning.

Horrible! Guy who did the exam said he was learning. My doctors cannot read the disk! So my insurance was charged and I still have no idea what my diagnosis is. Also, I had a bad reaction of a headache for a week and tried to call the office numerous times over a 2 week period to discuss both issues and NEVER received a call back.No idea how they stay in business.

I was very impressed with this location! There were some issues with my appointment and scheduling that I was unaware of until I arrived, but Maritza at the front desk resolved everything quickly and professionally. Tracy was a wonderful ultrasound technician, and I enjoyed working with her! The facility was very professional, and thanks to the wonderful staff, I had a great experience!
