Don't even bother with this property if you have a dog. They charge you a fee upon move in just to charge you another fee on top of that after you move out. Everywhere else I've gone, you pay a pet fee upon move in and it covers the cleaning fee when you move out. Not here. You're charged DOUBLE for your furry companion!

Beware!! I bought a house in April 2019 . VA loan zero down . This apartment company refused to let me out of the lease and it's 2023 September. A $4069 collection still reporting even though they rented the apartment the very next month . When asked how they can get paid for both me and current tenants, "you broker the lease " umm I bought a house and ask if they would allow me to . Answer was a hard No !!!

You don't want to live here. Two different families with children lived in the opposite apartment and they yelled A LOT and it felt as if there was no door. When I played recordings for the office staff I was met with the response: "Well, that's apartment living." No it's not. It's bad management. The amenities are fine if not dated. Way overpriced and corporate rule. ConAm is ridiculous.

Silverbell is a great place to live. The maintenance guys are the best! They take care of my maintenance requests right away.

Overall beautiful apartment complex, has everything we were looking for. Gorgeous granite counter tops, in-unit washer and dryer, 24/7 pool and fitness center. The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is because the women in the front office are extremely rude and not helpful at all. I've made several serious work orders that needed to be fixed and all they do is write it on a sticky note. The rent before was reasonable but with the new prices and management, it's overpriced .The new management has just begun in January and I am not impressed. I will not be renewing my lease.

Car was broken into, the office did nothing. Gates are routinely left open at random hours, if it is broken the maintenance takes WEEKS to fix it. Random people regularly trail in and expect residents to open with their card or pin. We pay for a gated community yet don't seem to fully get it. Herds of Javelina manage to crawl into the complex through storm drains which I literally saw with my own eyes. I get it, wildlife is going to happen in this area, but being a pet friendly complex is a huge issue when you turn the corner and there are 30 Javelina. Told someone at the front office (stating that the way the Javelina were getting in could be fixed with simply putting a bar over the opening), and they brushed it off and never did anything about this. Many complaints about wildlife were made by other residents and they literally do not care. So far IN my apartment there have been 2 scorpions, 2 snakes (coral and California king), 2 camel spiders, a brown recluse, and random spiders. Tarantulas outside. Pest control routinely fails to show up despite many requests. I have a dog, and need notice of when maintenance requests are going to be completed (I always mark that I have a pet and need notice to kennel her). Maintenance never calls, only shows up at the door leaving me in an uncomfortable position of trying to wrangle my barking spazzy dog and letting the maintenance in. Front office is nice enough, but fails in being able to solve problems. Only giving 3 stars because the actual apartment and amenities have served us well for the last year and a half. Looking forward to moving on.
