The course plays loud music to distract golfers on the practice putting green. It's annoying to say the least Overall the course is forgiving and it is good for folks with 20+ handicaps. The price was reasonable in February.

I've played Silver Bell Golf Course several times, and it's a fun spot, especially for beginners. Getting a tee time is usually easy. The carts are always in good shape, and the staff are nice and welcoming. Food in the club house is not bad and the bartender was nice and happy to give a bag of ice. Maybe it's just been when I've gone but they sometimes water the greens as you approach, but it's a minor issue. The sand in the bunkers seems a bit impacted and low so it was not the best to practice with my sand wedge (I end up in the bunkers too much apparently). There's an odor on a few holes, seemingly water treatment stations, but it's not too distracting. The greens are mostly wide open, with a few narrow ones. Beverage cart was on the course and came around plenty. Overall, Silver Bell is a great course with friendly staff and good facilities. It's definitely worth checking out, especially if you're new to the game.

Nice course, with some narrow fairways. The tees and greens were in decent shape; the fairways were browned out but given December not unexpected. Not a challenging track, but fun for a muni. The starter was friendly, and the snack bar had some good chow. Fun to play.

There are no locker rooms so the only facilities are four porta potties. The fairways are pretty narrow and a number of them run parallel. In short, not a great, or even good course design. The only highlight is that the fairways were in decent shape. Ultimately a poor value for the price per round. Not a course I'm likely to play again.

My husband, who is an avid golfer and golfs everywhere we travel, visited the Silverbell driving range facility. He came back from hitting two buckets of balls and told me he was extremely impressed with the range. He said it was one of the nicest driving ranges he's been to.

I played 18 holes here with my buddy on an early Saturday morning. I loved this course! The reason I liked it was because it was very open and I could salvage most of my bad shots. This course is great for beginners. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I didn't really like the way they organize the tee times. Also my friend and I had a buy one get one free and it was not buy one get one free. They did something weird with the prices, other that it was great!

I go yesterday, as my buddy booked us. He gets there earlier than me and tees off, so he's way out on the course, on #12. I pay, put my bag on a cart, and right when I'm ready to take off the cart guy asks me what my Tee time is. I show him on his sheet, and the dude says "I can't let you just take another cart like that." I'm like "what are you talking about, there's twelve sitting right here?' Now side note, the hustle is we PAY for a cart when we play, both people on a cart PAID for a separate cart, so it is really a double charge hustle. Anyway, he can see I'm pissed and says "well, there are other people coming in to play." It was 3:00pm....people were turning carts in not taking them out. I end up calling my buddy and he comes back to get me. I'm just burning by then. I mean seriously, think about it; speed play up and pace by giving two carts! These people are out there, most of them, shanking shots from one side of the course to the other, with two carts at least they each can go to their ball and shank some more! It took us 25-minutes to play #1 as some tools, on one cart, zig zagged down the course. I'm done at Silverbell. Ridiculous!

How is the driving range operating on winter hours in the beginning of July? Make it make sense.

Went here for my first time ever golfing, with a coworker who knows the game and was going to teach me. We shared his clubs, since he had plenty for both of us and a couple of duplicates of the same clubs. There was a frost delay too, so everything was running behind. When the attendant or Marshall or whatever he is, saw that we were sharing clubs, and I told him it was my first time golfing, I saw the shift in his demeanor. He was absolutely grilling us for sharing one bag of clubs, insisting that we were going to be holding everyone up, especially since I've never golfed before. Even though we had two of each type of club we needed. I brushed it off and we continued to golf, and we kept up just fine. We actually waited on the people in front of us majority of the time. But that didn't stop Mr. Marshall from following us through the course making sure we weren't holding up the groups behind us, ~ who weren't even in a hurry and were very nice and gave me tips on golfing ~. This dude ruined the whole experience and made me scared to go golfing on a real course again. I don't want to bring gender/age into this but I am a young female and was one of the only women there at all, and I can't help but wonder if this swayed his opinion on it all. Only reason I gave two stars is the crowd that was there were very nice and the course was pretty. Guess I'll stick to top golf where I'm not being babysat or followed.

Had a negative experience with the Pro Shop attendant. She said her name was Marie, but my receipt said it was Natalie. In any case, she was disrespectful and argumentative. Club Pro was not in to speak to about the situation. The course was in great shape and the other staff were friendly.Disappointed that they still do not have their snack bar up to speed.
