Chickens moved in next door without me even knowing this to be a possibility.
Enhanced coop that arrived today. Here to stay I guess

Best kept secret in the state! Clean, kind staff, all the amenities you could ever want (2 pools, mini golf, pool table, lending library, meeting hall etc.).

Wow! I have traveled in an Rv for the better part of my life and I have stayed at some nice places but they all pale in comparison to this one. The gentleman at the office was kind and informative during check-in and when we needed to leave early because of a medical issue was quick to give us a refund. This park was so quiet we were able to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and wonderful sounds nature makes. The clubhouse was clean and filled with tons of games and books. It was just well maintained. You can tell they care about the park and the people who are in it. I will be going back, probably over and over! Reasonably priced.

Made a reservation on the road for 4 nights during snowbird season. They were able to get us in to a nice spot with trees behind us which made it pleasant in the warm afternoons. The RV parking is towards the back of the site which is great because it is further off the road and quieter. They have 2 pools, one indoors and one outside and full showers or bath, laundry, small gym, a large library and rec rooms. The office manager and staff are friendly and helpful. We liked it enough to add another day on to our stay. This park was the quietest one we were in during our whole 2-week trip. The only noise-makers were the coyotes. We will return when down in Southern Arizona.

Nice park and facilities. Older section with trees. Only downside is they allow Rv people to move in next to you with chickens . If you travel with your chickens this might be one for your list- for sure if they are emotional support fowl.https://www.rvtravel.com/chickens951/

I stayed here for a month in a 26 ft motor home. It has been a wonderful experience. Friendly and helpful people, quite neighbors and reasonable rates. Its got good laundry and guest facilities, two pools and its easy and safe to walk in the neighborhood. Gated community. I highly recommend if you want an affordable location in Sierra Vista. RVs are located in rear of property near desert area, lots of quail, rabbits and birds. I'll miss it here!

We stayed at Sierra Vista Mobile Home Village and RV Park for a week in October. We were in a 42 foot motor coach with towed Jeep. We followed the GPS and signs for the office and except for a few lower hanging tree branches that we were able to skirt, access was fine. We did unhook the toad after registering because otherwise our 62 foot combination would have been a bit tight for getting into the pull-thru site. At 42 feet we were fine and a 45 foot rig would also be just fine. The 15/30/50 amp service, water and sewer hookup were well located and each site has a small storage shed so if we'd wanted to take our bikes off the toad, it would have been convenient. There is some shade and we were also able to access our Canadian TV satellite. There is room between the sites and nice picnic tables. Our stay was deadly quiet and as one reviewer mentioned, the only sounds at night were the coyotes! We think the price for the site is more than competitive... the staff that we met very personable and helpful with information about the things to see nearby. We used the excellent and clean laundry in one of the two clubhouses, checked out the services available in both and are now wondering if we might stay a full winter at some future date. The park is located so centrally for the things we like to do. It is on the east edge of Sierra Vista and we wanted to visit historic Bisbee, just 25 minutes away, birding sites like San Pedro House in the riparian preserve, just 7 minutes away and places like Ramsey Canyon for hiking and birding and the bird feeding station at Ash Canyon B&B. This isn't a luxury RV resort but is very relaxing and welcoming. We'll be back!
