The crew got us back up and running. We've had issues with a bike we purchased used and no one was able to solve the issue. After two service shops we came across Sierra Cycles. Now we are back to catching some wind! Excellent customer service!

Having recently purchased a new motorcycle from Sierra cycleserience was beyond my expectations. They were extremely friendly, patient, helpful and courteous. I will be referring all of my friends and associates who are in the market to Sierra cycles. They have excelled where many other dealerships have failed, in my experience. Thank you to the staff at Sierra cycles.

Bad experience today. This has been my go to shop but I have serious doubts now. My bike was in for another reason that for the most part went well. I got charged $10 a qt for two quarts of coolant (unauthorized BTW) for a bike with a coolant capacity of 2.1 qts. You mean to tell me my bike has been running for several weeks with no coolant? I don't think so! Going back tomorrow to give them a chance to refund my $20.David phoned me yesterday afternoon to check in with me. So I returned to speak with him about my experience today. He was very accommodating and listened to my perspective, presented his and heard some feedback. He was concerned and genuinely wanted to make things right. We came to a fair place and a good resolution.

Stopped in here to get some work done on my motorcycle. It took a little longer than expected due to some technical issue, but the folks here were great letting me know what was going on.

As a Suzuki owner I've been coming to this dealership for years, mostly for parts & riding apparel. I'm a mechanic by trade, so typically maintain my Intruder 800 myself. Over those years I've enjoyed dealing with the staff, finding them friendly and helpful, but have not returned here since my last service in November 2014. After discussing an issue with a coworker, I decided I wanted my favorite shop to adjust the carbs since the cost of the special tool was a bit steep. The price of the carb service was reasonable & scheduled an appointment. The service manager was new at the time & seemed to struggle with the shop's computer system. No worries though, work was performed, I paid & drove my bike for several days. Despite my daily pre-ride checks, I'd failed to notice that my fuel line was pinched between the tank & the frame. The rubber bumper on the rough edge of the tank was also off, so I called & was told to bring my bike back, which I now did nervously. The service manager said they'd get the fuel line back where it belonged. With my brother, another mechanic, standing there the Sierra Cycles mechanic proceeded to try and shove the fuel line back under the tank. After my protests, he grabs a ratchet to remove my Corbin seat bolts, then yanks straight up, the two front seat posts scraping the hell out of my fuel tank. I yell at the mechanic to stop scratching the tank to which he retorted "what's it matter, this thing's got scratches all over it!" I responded that "it's exactly what every rider wants - more scratches to their ride from uncaring mechanics." I took the bandanna off my head, wrapped it around the front seat post & lifted it past the tank without scratching it. At this point, the mechanic is pissed & unable to even handle a ratchet properly.During this ridiculous "issue fixing," I tell the service manager I want the line replaced because the bike has been driven for days with the rough edge of the tank sitting on the fuel line, elaborating that we have no idea the level of damage to the inner diameter of the hose. I explained the tank had to come off anyway & the fuel line comes in a roll, so this shouldn't be a ridiculous request. (I've taken the tank & seat off for various maintenance jobs over the years. If done correctly it's quick & shouldn't damage the tank.) The service manager proceeds to tell me it's no problem to just move the line back. I tell him he's not the one that has to ride down the road with his bike on fire. I finally had enough & demanded to speak to the owner, who thankfully tells the service manager to "make it right," which I greatly appreciated.I scheduled another appointment to have the fuel line replaced. Prior to picking the bike up my brother and I walked around the Intruder to ensure everything was squared away & found fuel leaking from the new line & fuel valve. We had to ask the service manager to have the same mechanic come tighten up the clamp to the fuel line so the bike was safe to ride. While this shop was always my go-to, I don't plan to come back. I appreciate that the owner was willing to fix the issue, but having to repeatedly ask the service manager to address my concern was ridiculous. I work hard for my money & I love doing my own vehicle maintenance. Taking my vehicles to any shop demonstrates I appreciate their mechanics & they respect my vehicle enough to do the job right. I found the mechanic involved with my carb service rude & unable to follow even the most basic of maintenance practices. In fairness, he looked overworked and stressed, with a ton of projects around him. Ultimately the staff work load & final inspection of any maintenance is the management's responsibility. I wish Sierra Cycles well, but after this issue, my trust was broken & have since taken my business across town.As an update to this review, the Owner felt it important to write me in response to say "I do hope that we made it right and I wish you would give us a second chance to see we are a better dealership than your 1-star review would lead on." After my response that I believed an untrained manager, scratched paint & a leaky fuel line warranted a 1-star rating I got this from David: "...sorry we joined the other 23+ business that received a 1-star review from you..." Nice to know that my one-star review has to do with a number count, vice the inability to conduct basic QC of work completed. As I told a new rider yesterday "if you wanna use Sierra Cycles for work please ensure you carefully inspect your ride afterwards". As for me, I'm happy to recommend Cochise Motorsports to any riders out there as they will be one of my 22+ businesses with a 5-star rating.

I bought my new Kawasaki KRX1000 Trail Edition from Sierra Cycles a month or so ago, and all I can say is Richey and Steve were great. Since I was coming down from Phoenix to get it, I bought a Texas Bragg tandem trailer they had also. When I arrived there is was - already on the trailer waiting for me. Did a once over, did the final paper work with Steve and off we went. Smooth, great deal ( they beat every dealer in Phx metro) and other than some traffic the day and purchase were great. Even got a thank you note from Terry and a full tank of gas!.... Damn great place.
