I have been here several times over the years and rarely find anything. The problem is it is too dark, hot, and cluttered! Its hard to walk around and is a safety concern. The other issue is nothing is ever priced. If I do find something I have to take it to register or hunt down the cashier for a price. And most of the time I have I asked it is grossly overpriced. Anytime I have been here the person in front or cashier has always been nice, but usually too busy supervising all the volunteers and not offering customer service. I think it would be a great store if it was a little more organized, items priced, and better customer service.

The place is filthy, and what you find there is either complete junk or upcharged when you get to the register. Some of the people working there are unprofessional, and the owner has some questionable practices in her 'shelters'.

This place absolutely reeks of marijuana! It was obvious at least three of the workers were high. They didn't know where my item was and had no one to load it. The lady in the back was rude. Will never go there again!!!

Poorly organized, poorly lit - and prices change. I chose some pieces of china and took them up front and was told I couldn't buy them because they would only sell the set. However, that was not posted anywhere, not on the china or near the china. There WAS a sign by the china that gave by-the-piece prices, which led me to assume that's how they were selling the china. The women at the front counter basically berated me for wanting to buy the china. Terrible, terrible organization and extremely unprofessional.

I went to shop at their $5 Fill a Bag sale. I walked in and was not greeted by anyone. I found the clothes in the back and grabbed a few things I wanted to purchase. When I went up to the counter, the woman scolded me for "not following directions?" Apparently I needed to grab a crate to put the clothes in and leave the hanger on the rack. There were no signs around the store describing this, and no one told me. She got mad at me and said that I gave her "three times the amount of work." I couldn't understand why she would make me, the customer, feel bad as I am paying? I even said "sorry" to her? I was genuinely appalled at how they treat customers here. So much so that I almost walked out leaving the merchandise I wanted to purchase on the counter. This is not a review to deter people from shopping here but rather a wake up call to management.

The main orchastrator's are focus on money. The excuse to get that money is "We are here to help people!!". I myself worked here for almost two years. They tell everyone something different. The rules are never consistent. Work, work, work, work, sorry I am too busy to talk to you. Hmm? I thought you were her to help people but your policies are twisted. Policies are consistently changed. This place is we're people are trained to turn on each other. Not gather and build a future. I've seen it in first class seating. They never keep they're word. Work, Work, Money, Money, Money, Food Stamps in exchange to help other's so they tell you; for they will work you strength off. I started doing the right thing. While you are working, they are all over your belongings. They use the main orchastrator Carlos Giovingo to go thru your belongings, while you are at work. Eye balling it. That's not allowed because it costs us a lot of money!!! They take your highest possession while you are distracted if you attempt to defend yourself out the door you go. Purchased with food stamps and keep it for themselves. They tell you that you can replace it with donated food that is past the expiration date. They work you, they take your cash, they abuse your food stamps. No individual has a say in the matter. Do as I tell you!!! They say but the hardly keep they're word. Go to the daily star in Tucson for facts.

I took a man who just got housing into the store to buy essentials and the woman at the counter asked him to leave. If you don't mind the stereotyping it's a good store for starting over supplies.

{READ FULLY BEFORE YOU SHOP HERE} Only one star. They helped me and my family when we first got here by selling us some mattresses that were stated as "from a clean environment". But safety told us to get bed bug stuff to be safe. But NOPE. Instead. We had MICE inside the thing. Luckily we noticed it BEFORE they got out of it. We threw it out immediately. We will NEVER shop there again. Don't get me started on everything else going on with that place
