Shoe Dept. Encore

Amazing shoe store ranging from men's and women's dress shoes to hiking shoes with many other accessories. Clean and organized. Shoe boxes only had one shoe to try on, at least the ones I picked up did, maybe the matching pair is in the back to prevent shoplifting.The clearance section is in the back of the store. Isles have chairs to sit on to try on shoes; television screens for diversion while waiting. The place is really nice and prices are comparable to any tucson store. We went in last night in search of hiking shoes/boots and found a really nice Merrell brand. I need to peruse other stores in SV to compare quality and prices but I would probably go back to Encore to purchase as I really like the pair I tried on.The only gripe I have is the customer service. We walked in and sales associates were organizing shoes, made eye contact with us; however, no greeting nor did not ask if we needed assistance. It was 8pm, an one before closing but still. 3 stars for the store and zero star for customer service.

They have some cute boots. Just didn't like any of them. They have all kinds of shoes even stechers.

I finally found a shoe store with many selections of shoes. This store was much needed in Sierra Vista as there are no other quality shoe stores here. I love it that I can finally find Sketchers and Clark brand shoes that actually fit "my finacky feet". The staff is knowledgeable about the shoes and very friendly. I will shop at this store again and have told my friends about this great shoe store.
