I must update this review for one reason! Two weeks ago there was a different massage therapist. His name is Luis, and he blew the other therapist out of the water his first massage. Apparently he was the massage therapist before, but left to get more school, or studies....and now he is back. His massage style really works on the knots in my back, and he uses cupping in addition to the massage. I like that much better than just using cupping. The VA pays for a 30 minute massage , however I love his professional knowledge and technique, I am willing to pay for an additional 30 minutes. The difference in my pain level since having consistent chiropractic adjustments is a blessing. WIth the addition of Luis's massages....I have less muscle spasms and knots in my back. Worth every penny for me...(and I am kinda cheap)..lol

Dr Jordan Schaefer does great work. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new chiropractor!

Friendly & professional. Definitely thoughtful and thorough. Come get some relief. A treatment or a massage or both, this is the place. You got a private room, private consultation, x-rays and treatment with someone who knows what they're doing. I take many insurance companies so give it a looksee!

i found issues that i personally had problems with.a. no privacy between doctor and patient everyone in the area could hear what was being discussed i.e. meds, illmements just personal information in general.b. conflict between myself and doctor i.e. medical recommendations that did not pertain to my needs.c always behind schedule that caused scheduling conflicts with me d cannot meet my schedule needs ie i was told that fridays were reserved for new patients, but yet i had two scheduled on fridays in the past!?it just didn't work for me and this is my opinion and experience

A million stars!!!! Friendly staff and amazing Doctors! I started coming to Shipley Chiropractor for an injury caused by a car accident and was very nervous since I had never been to a chiropractor before. The entire staff is truly above and beyond expectations. They make you feel comfortable and the service is so great you'll always want to come back. I would recommend Shipley Chiropractic to anyone and everyone. You won't be disappointed coming here!

My wife and i were rear ended and our attorney advised us to go to Dr. Shipley, it has been a really great experience for myself as well as for my wife, I'm all done and she has a couple of more visits w/him, she took the brunt of the collision, from day one Dr. Shipley and his staff, Missy and Emily, were the best of the best, always thoughtful of how we felt and kept us up to date on our progress, not to mention Dr. Shipley's warm and caring nature, I feel great again and my wife is well on her way, heck of a way to meet wonderful people but nonetheless a great find, future Dr. for our family when we need adjustments, Thank you Dr. Shipley and thank you to Emily and Missy

I will no longer patronize this office because of a false accusation of inappropriate behavior while receiving a massage. I am advising my healthcare provider of the incident and strongly advising they no longer use Shipley Chiropractic as a vendor. I really didn't want to do this but other than to litigate for slander, I see no other options. I was seeing Dr. Sheffer for chiropractic care as well as receiving massage therapy. Everything went well until I tried to schedule a new round of appointments for both services. Prior to the first day back for treatment, I received a call from Dr. Shiffer. He stated that the massage therapist had said she didn't want to provide treatment anymore because I had twice "moved my leg" during the last session. He had no other information about the supposed transgression other than those words. He did offer other services. I advised him that I had no idea what the therapist was referring to because I frankly didn't recall any problems. I also said the massage therapist did great work. However, she was too verbose and provided way too much personal insight into her private life for my liking. I also said if he had heard any other complaints about her to listen to them.So, to wrap up, they can provide good services if you don't use the massage portion of the business. I would rate them nutty as a fruitcake however. There are other chiropractic practices that don't play games when people need help. I give them 0 (zero) stars and hope this review will diminish their business.

Dr. Shipley and Dr. Sheffer care for their patients in the most compassionate way! They have treatment plans to fit anyones needs. The staff is friendly and motivated! The massage therapists are amazing and connect well with each patients needs!

Wow, I can't say enough about how well treated I have been at Shipley. I had been hesitant to come to a chiropractor due to my medical and physical conditions, yet Jordan reassured me every step of the way. He made sure to let me know that I get to decide how little or how far we go. The best part is I felt extremely validated about the pain I was feeling through X-rays, improvement and just common courtesy of education from staff. Lastly, the doctors were extremely flexible for appointments and hours, which is so helpful, especially if you randomly get twisted up or have debilitating tension. I would call before they even open to the doctors answering the phones and fitting me in ASAP. My only minor complaint is that the office space is pretty old school and could use a remodel - but do not let that deter you from coming here! I will be continuing to come here for the duration of time I need care and in the future.
