I send a message through the Yelp page and received a response in a timely manner. Very nice and approachable staff. I had an estimate done on a few pieces of jewelry and I believe it was a fair estimate.I don't know prices so I am unable to offer an opinion.

This is my favorite jewelry shop. They have such a beautiful selection. I gave them my criteria in a diamond and they gave me a bunch of different options and I absolutely love my ring. I found the exact setting I wanted. I just described it and he brought me the exact one. These guys really know what they are doing. Always friendly and professional. I get my ring cleaned here all the time

Wow where do I start...first off I have to say Eric Sheffield is an amazing person! Down to earth, humble and relatable! I had the honor to help Eric and his lovely wife capture a wonderful moment during their wedding! Their day was perfect as a disney love story! About a few years later, it was my turn to open the chapter of love and go down the romantic and lovely journey. Love was no longer just a job for me but now it's time for it to become my life. Eric gave me the best experience ever.The shop was beautifully displayed and the varieties of jewelry was endless. It was very clean, staffs were welcoming and they even offer complimentary coffee and water.I was nervous! I didn't know where to start or how to begin. This is when Eric shined! He took me through the whole process from one end to the other explaining the history, story behind each brand, jewelry and company. I kid you not! This guy lives and breathes jewelry! He was very patient, knowledgeable and answered numerous of my questions professionally and willingly.After hours of back and forth Eric finally laid out a perfect scenario and route for me to take which I totally loved and helped me decide when I was stuck at the fork on the road! This is top knock customer service and I did not feel like I was talking with a salemens but a consultant, yet more family! Eric never once judged what I was willing to spend, do or pick.In closing, I had a lovely and amazing experience here and I would strongly recommend anyone to come check out Sheffields Diamonds! I went to buy an engagement ring in 2009. I was a pretty young guy, knowing nothing about jewelry. We looked at some stuff in the case, but nothing was quite right for me. The salesman got out a catalogue and we combined the features that I liked for an awesome custom ring. I later learned that salesman was the owner, Eric Sheffield. Every time I go there, Eric or a member of his awesome team provide the same treatment. I have also done some repairs here. This is the destination for anything related to jewelry.

I had heard how wonderful this Diamond Store is. I was not impressed. My husband and I stopped in there on a Tuesday around Oct 4 to get an estimate on an heirloom ring that I am giving my daughter for Christmas. It needed to be sized and there was a crack in the gold. You could tell they were not thrilled about waiting on us by their attitude. They said their jeweler that fixed such things was in Texas and it would take a really long time and he said he won't tell you what it costs till he has done the work. Who does that?? That is like buying a house and the cost is told you after it is finished. Then I asked for an estimate Ball park he said 500.00. This is not this bad a crack. I felt with his attitude and sarcasm he really did not want to help us. When I am looking for a special ring that will be the last place I go!

Knowledgeable staff, quick service on our wedding ring repairs. The replacement diamond is perfect and after refreshed rhodium plating, our rings look better than new!

Very helpful and accommodating. I bought a wedding ring for my wife last year, they were really great with helping me find a beautiful ring in my budget. A year later my wife is pregnant and her finger got so big, the ring started cutting off circulation to her hand. We couldn't get it off, we called then and they helped right away. They didn't charge us a penny to cut it off. Once my wife gives birth and her finger size goes back to normal, we'll go back to get the ring back together. Any jewelry I buy in the figure will be to them.

I love supporting local/small businesses. So when my diamond wedding ring needed repair, I decided to try Sheffield Diamonds. I couldn't be happier with the end result. The owner (Eric) is exceptional, and the staff is very attentive. They treat their clients like family, which is hard to find these days. My ring was returned looking brand new, and I couldn't be happier. Eric kept me in the loop the entire process, and returned my ring in pristine condition. I will be a customer for life!
