Terrible service, craftsmanship, professionalism. Mis-measured multiple times, broke multiple major items without replacement, 3 supplements to insurance (for incorrect assessments), always late, and predatory billing. Example: "Forgetting" to cash an insurance check, threatening to place a lien on your home if you don't pay out of pocket, then re-issuing the insurance check. Smooth. They also never returned our appliances. They have several 5-star reviews because they tell their employees they will get $25 or $50 bucks if the customer gives them a 5-star review. I tipped them myself so that I could tell the true story here.

I regret using Servpro. They were so friendly and kind before work is completed and after they are money hungry sharks with no social or customer service skills. They finished and had to come back 2 times to fix things and now there are still things missing and poor craftsmanship. They caused me and my wife so much stress. And since I last spoke with manager Anthony I believe there has been no phone calls or email following up then yesterday which is probably 5 month later I get one phone call to collect payment and now today they threaten with mechanics lien just unbelievable and horrible experience.

My home insurance ended up going through Servpro and they came out within hours of the call even late at night. The guys that came were very informative and helped every step of the way. We contacted insurance with the information we found out and it was a nice process. In the end I decided to proceed a different route, but I definitely recommend Servpro. Nice people and nice communication.

I recently contacted SERVPRO of Northeast Tucson for some questions about their services and not only did I get a responsive rep who was knowledgeable but kind and courteous. I would recommend their services to anyone in need.

It can NOT cross my mind how they can have working a big back built trans named Malenny with the worst most unqualified work ethic I have ever seen in a restoration company and such a world wide company like servpro has really hit rock bottom with this type of person working all he/she did was flirt her way through the whole insurance process I had to switch and look for a different restoration company.

Would not give an estimate for two days. Then I let them go. Then I got an overpriced bill.

My parents house had a leak and servpro came and did their job. Omar did an amazing job he was so quick in getting things done very clean and professional. if you decide to get work done ask for Omar

First of all, the the men who did the job were professional and did a good job. Having said that, I do not feel the company uses fair practices. We got an estimate for water mitigation of $1,200-$1,500. When we got the invoice, it was for $2,970--double the price of the estimate. I feel they inflated the costs because we have insurance. However, we have a high deductible and had to pay for this out of pocket. When I called about using a credit card, they said there would be a 3% of the total fee for using a credit card. I would not recommend using this company based on over charging for services after a fair price estimate was given.

I regret the day I hired ServePro they caused my wife and I unimaginable stress and loss of sleep through their shoddy workmanship, lack of response and unprofessional behavior. Problems that I had with their work were made worse when they tried to fix it. And some things made me wonder why they did things the way they did in the first place. For instance, on the countertops when they caulk the corners in the same line where it should have been caulked they had caulk missing and caulk and grout within the same line. There was constant promises that they would return to do work, and days where they said they would be there I would show up and no one would be there. All of this caused a lot of stress and grief for my wife and myself and our two daughters. As we were trying to sell this home, I regret the very day that I called Servpro and wouldn't wish for anyone to go through what we went through.
