Finally paid a visit after driving by so many times. It was worth the wait. The pupusas are fantastic, we both had a version from their pupusa list. Extensive menu overall as well. They also have an interesting list of fresh drinks. I chose the Ensalada, so great, I would return just to get this again and again. Service was attentive and informative when we needed.

Great food and I usually eat it at Rillito so this was a nice change of pace at the restaurant! Chips and salsa and beverage as we waited for our meals. Pupusas for my friend-vegetarian and other was chicken and enjoyed. I had arroz con pollo and all delicious, especially the chicken drumsticks! The tostones, plantains, are not as sweet as a banana, plenty of fried rice, overall the meal was great. Personable service. Many people called for takeout and I should consider that too, but nice place to sit and enjoy a meal, gracias!

I was first introduced to Selena's at the Rillito farmer's market. We tried the vegan fiesta plate which was definitely the way to go. It comes with a pupusa, tamale, two pastelitos, yucca, and sweet plantain. They have a small dining area and mini salsa bar. No complaints at all and will certainly be back!

Wow. This was not for me. I got the 3 for $10 deal. Revuelta (pork with cheese and beans), beef (beef cheese and beans) and delux (chicken pork spinach cheese and beans) pupusas. Came with orange sauce and pickled cabbage carrot onion in a sandwich bag. I got my food to go and it was packaged nicely and still sizzling hot when I got home.It was grilled to order. And it was fresh. The cheese they used was delicious but my compliments stop there. I think i understand why so many of the reviews get the original cheese and bean. The accompaniments added nothing. The orange sauce didn't add to the meat pupusas but with the bean and cheese it was nice. The pickled vegetables added nothing it was just too strong. The flavor was boring. Just not enough of something. I needed more flavor and pizazz. Also even tho it's a 3 for $10 deal it's $2 extra for the Deluxe so I paid $13.74 for 3. Not happy. It was my first time having food from this country. Restaurant looked clean and service was fine.

Angela the server was so nice, she recommended the seasonal champurrado which was delicious. From the music, to the food, this little restaurant is a hidden gem. If this is your first visit their 3 pupusas special is a great way to get you started as you can try several items as well as the pastelitos. The pupusas are the perfect size for sharing. From the pupusa I recommend the chicken, beef and the loroco. The beef pastelito was our favorite, and the yuca was cooked to perfection. The kids even said they would eat yucca this way anytime before eating fries.

This is a small El Salvadoran restaurant in the middle of town. I tried multiple pupusas and they were all amazing! I had their bean and cheese, their chicken, and their beef rev. Made fresh to order, they all had a ton of flavor. Staff was friendly as well.

We have loved this spot at the farmers market for years. The brick and mortar is worth a visit. The menu is extensive beyond what is offered at the farmers market. my family enjoyed more pupusa of course and also some other Salvadoran treats. We will come back again and try more of the main courses since we have tried every pupusa available. Please support this business. The staff is wonderful and the flavors are unique.

Saw this restaurant selling pupusas at the Farmers Market and wasn't able to try them so I decided to stop in and I was so glad I did! It's a small restaurant. Food is soooo good. I didn't wait too long and was given chips and delicious salsa to hold me over. Server was so kind - she recommended me to get the Fiesta plate so I could try everything. Everything was SOOOO GOOD. So good. Thank you

We went for dinner and the food wasn't fantastic. The pickled cabbage was bland and more raw than pickled. Edible but not sure it would really drive me back. When we went to pay, we were overcharged about $20. Thankfully we caught it before we tapped our card but when we went to ask about it, the girl didn't know what happened. Then a lady from the back came to help and in spanish (not that that matters much since we both understand the language) tried to claim that we ordered something we didn't and that we ordered something we essentially 'didn't want to pay for'. We had two combo #2 plates which I believe were listed at either 12.99 or 13.99 (can't remember) which also come with a foundation drink per the top of the menu section. Not only did we pay for another drink but also the plates rang up more expensive than listed. Our bill lowered once the girl fixed our initial issue with it but it was still over what it should have been per the menu prices. Choosing not to confront anyone about it (again) we paid and left. Would not recommend for a dime in experience. Maybe ordering on a food app would help with this since you pay upfront but who knows!
