After long hours of shopping the gem show we found ourselves at the Pueblo Show and this was within walking distance. So we headed over and first of all nailed the timing. We go in line with 1 person ahead of us, when we were done there was 19 people in line behind us ( we weren't slow it just filled up super fast) The pineapple salsa on the tacos was stunning ! The green salsa was extra yummy - my salad was huge and perfect. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back next year !! Cheers !

I'll keep coming back to Seis Kitchen because the food is legitimately 10/10, but you need to know what you're getting into. Expect to spend anywhere from 45-75 minutes in line unless you show up around 8pm. Pro tip: grab a drink from the bar at Agustin while you wait. The fast-casual setup would be fine if the staff weren't consistently inconsistent. Last time they somehow served our dessert before my burrito, which arrived lukewarm and forgotten. Here's the thing - the service (or lack thereof) drives me nuts, but the food is just THAT good. If you have patience, low expectations for service, and appreciate amazing Mexican food, you'll probably end up like me - complaining about the wait while getting back in line monthly. TLDR; Worth it for the food, but brace yourself for the chaos.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I waited for over an hour with my husband and kids in line only to get to the front and they told me to wait because the kitchen needed to catch up. Understandable. Another 30 min pass by my family found a table in the Shade and decided to sit my two year old was over it and my baby wanted out the car seat. When I finally got to order it was time for me to pay and the manager said I couldn't sit where we were because they assigned seats I said that's crazy because the waiter said it's first come first serve and you told me to wait. A table opened up so I told my family to sit. She said it was in the alley way, mind you it was absolutely not and there was two other tables in the same row with white families she didn't ask to move. There was also two other Hispanic couples behind me who had not ordered who also found a table and sat down and she didn't ask them to move. I feel like she took one look at my black husband and mixed family and decided she wanted to put us in the sun even after I told her we sat there specifically because I have a 6 month old baby and it was the only shaded table left. Needless to say I left and will not be returning. The fact that some whole family sat there right before and the didn't say anything they just let themEnjoy there food, didn't assign themA table and all nor to the Surrounding people. The problem is she is a racist and couldn't even be considerate to us waiting so long only to disrupt my Sunday out with my family with her racist agenda. I've never been so embarrassed by my race. Just disgusting.

The 45 minute wait in line was rough but the tacos are great! Lunch for two with a couple of Agua Fresca runs around $50 and they have a nice courtyard area for seating.

I've been visiting Seis Kitchen for over six years, so this review is long overdue. The tacos here are always good--Al Pastor is my favorite. This time, I tried the wahoo fish taco. It was decent but would have been a better choice for summer, as its flavor profile suits warmer weather. While the food is consistently good, the service, order line and seating leave much to be desired. During winter, the patio can get chilly with even a mild breeze, though it's ideal in summer (as long as it is below 100). They don't serve alcohol, but you can grab drinks from the open patio bar at Augustine Kitchen. I would recommend this as a decent casual lunch place. This visit, we ordered the 3-taco combo, enchilada-style quesadillas (no meat) with cilantro rice and beans, churros, and strawberry lime horchata. The food met expectations, but service was slow. Our churros didn't arrive until long after we finished eating, despite requesting they be served with the meal. We eventually had to ask for them to-go, and the server seemed indifferent.

I'm not really sure where to start..... it's kind of upscale counter ordering... upscale in looks, not service. There is always a line, so be prepared to wait... sometimes, it doesn't really seem like they should be that busy, but there is still a line. They don't seem well prepared to handle so many people. You are assigned a table. And then you wait, a lot longer than typical counter service... Ordered chips and guac, hoping I could snack on that until food came, but it took over 30 minutes just to get that, then food came 2 minutes later... But the food is good! It's mess, but fresh and flavorful. But don't expect any service beyond that... I wanted to take my left overs to go, but never saw anyone again...

I've only been here for breakfast and it is a 10/10. You have to stand in line to order at the window and then they give you a number to put on your table and when your food/drinks are ready they bring it out to you.For what it's worth, when I went there on a Tuesday around 10am there was basically no line, but I could see how the line could get out of hand on a weekend or a super popular time. The seating area is outside in an open courtyard which is really quite lovely. I had the prickly pear agua fresca to drink which was the most insane vibrant pink color and absolutely delicious and refreshing. To eat, I had the chilaquiles (one of my favorite breakfast dishes) and it was fantastic. The salsa had so much flavor and a good amount of spice without being too spicy. The chilaquiles were cooked perfectly, still a little crisp but also a bit al dente--the right Goldilocks texture :) The beans that it came with were also really well seasoned and tasty and the tiny potatoes were the perfect complement to balance it all out.I came here on a whim. It wasn't a place originally on my radar but I saw it had good reviews and just gave it a shot and omg I'm so glad I did. It really was one of my favorite meals in Tucson!

Was on a roadtrip with my dog and needed somewhere to stop and eat for the night. To be quite honest I wasn't in the mood for Mexican as I live in San Antonio and have a lot of great Mexican there. But it was open late and dog friendly and I was super happy I took the chance. It's located in a cute courtyard area with some other shops and restaurants. I grabbed a cocktail from another place nearby and was assigned a table after ordering at the seis window. The employee working was super friendly and gave me some recommendations. I ended up with the surf and turf burrito and chicharrons. Everything tasted awesome. The salsa was filled with flavors though less on the spices and more on the herbs. The burrito was mouth watering and devoured in minutes. I'm not sure I would've finished the whole thing if I hadn't skipped lunch. I still have to make the drive back after the holidays and this might have to be a stop I make along the way.

We stopped by for a late lunch recently, expecting bold flavors. Our meal was okay, but not great. We started with esquites, which were creamy and spicy, but very salty. It was difficult to find a charred corn flavor. Less salt, more cilantro, lime, and grilling maybe? We also ordered guacamole, which was fresh--a pleasant rarity these days--but underpowered, and covered in diced red onions. Some is good; lots is not more good. Our mains were taco grandes (corn tortillas). All were over-topped with things like plain cabbage, and most were under-stuffed with the chosen proteins. The adobo steak was the best: the tender, flavorful meat came in satisfying chunks. We had high hopes for the Poc Chuc, but there was very little chicken, and its flavor was so mild as to be very generic. I can't name any of its seasonings. The birria was similarly vague, and the shrimp was tasty, but there were just two medium-sized ones buried under the cabbage and cheese: not even enough to really share. Our chosen sides, black beans, came in large portions. They had cheese on top, but again, were so bland that they only came alive when we heaped on some of the very good red and green salsa.Service was prompt and friendly. Altogether, I think Seis is cooking for tourist palates here, and not taking chances on the adventurous possibilities regional Mexican offers. We wished there was more protein and that it had been more daringly flavored. Bring your parents when they visit from the Midwest; they'll thank you for it.

Food is quite tasty and the patio is lovely. We were able to eat at a relaxed pace. Bonus for free chips and salsa. The line to order.....it's bad. There's no way around it. Takes way too long. Maybe order as takeout and enjoy on the nearby steps?
