****UPDATE AFTER MOVING IN****I took a tour and it was very nice and had good amenities. It's right next to the Rilito walk trail which is cool and has a nice view of the mountains. The room and layout are bigger than NorthPointe in my opinion. I emailed the complex about all of the bad reviews left on here and they answered every single concern and also informed that the entire complex is under new management and have been making a ton of new improvements. The only downside is that there is NO sheltered parking which is turn off considering this is Tucson, I hope they consider adding covered parking in the near future. It's a good location and I signed a lease for a 4 bed and 4 bed and I'm very excited to move in and I will give an update once I am settled and moved in for a couple monthsUPDATE: so I didn't get the roommate assignment until 4 days until move in day which was very annoying. Anyways, so that roommate assignment fell through and I was moved around into a different room. So this roommate assignment wasn't through the roommate matching system because I was put somewhere where they had an opening with the basic things on our applications that we agreed on like: no smoking, no pets etcAnd all I gotta say is that just hope your roommates didn't lie on their application. Just hope they didn't lie about smoking, bringing pets, etc because one of the four girls I live with did and told me she put no on those questions even though she does do those things. Other than a roommate lying on her application about pretty important things that you probably shouldn't lie about, it's been good. The apartment is really nice and the bedrooms are nice. Apartment was clean and he amenities are nice. The bus is always on time and even when I drive to school you can see the seasons bus on the road going to and from the u of a. I'll update more later on.

As you can tell from all the yelp and google reviews. Do NOT sign a lease with this apartment. They will try to scam the students, car break ins happen all the time with no camera surveillance. Management has an ego and attitude, especially the owner. They will change your room midway into the lease. If you are at all thinking about this place, go look at other reviews. Or the apartment next to them is better.

The apartment is so so. The noise is quite loud. There are several party people. The security isn't very enforced. The gates can only be unlocked using the white card from the outside. I hope they just have a code so that deliveries and visitors can come without us having to come to the gates to get them. Maintenance request can be forever ignored. My blinds were broken when I first moved in so I taped them up so no big deal. But they never sent anyone to fix it after i submitted the request. Also, don't expect to get the room you like. Only deluxe floors have elevators. 1-3rd floors don't so good luck moving up unless you're lucky to be on first floor. They will enter your apartment without your permission (we didn't request any maintenance fixing). They just wanted to hang a notice on my roommate's door. That was super sketchy. Luckily I don't bring expensive things to Tucson. Who knows what may happen. The walls can't block noise too well. I can hear girls talking on the upper floor (maybe I have extraordinary acute hearing?)

Worst place ever! They rip students off then defend their actions by a poorly written lease. Save your money & go elsewhere! If I could give less than one star, I would. Do not settle for their games. My personal experience:1. My apartment was dirty with damaged counter tops and paint on every floor, doorknob, counter, etc. 2. I got 3 electric bills in one month, 2 from the main office for days I didn't even live in the apartment. I brought it to the managers attention & asked for the ACTUAL bill from TEP with the electricity breakdown a month ago. I have yet to receive it because "it takes hours to do."3.Got charged a full months rent when I was told I could not move in early therefore my move in date was August 18th. Which by the way, is illegal based on their own lease that states "full months rent is due on the first or before the first of each month."

This is my daughters first year living at seasons apartments. I cannot give enough positive feedback for the complex and employees. They have always been professional, courteous, and timely on maintenance requests. Thank you!

I lived at the seasons for two years and loved it! Management was not only friendly, but extremely responsive and quick to solve any problems I had! I would 100% recommend at least checking it out for anyone interested.

I have lived at the seasons for 2 years I have many pros and cons. Overall it's was an ok place for my first apartment, but I could've been somewhere much better. For my cons- 1. I unfortunately have to move as they are jumping my current rent to 619 to 899, and as a student who has to provide for themselves I cannot afford such a big jump in rent. 2. Both my car and my apartment has been broken into twice since I've lived here. I understand it's not the safest area and there's not a lot they can do about that but they security improvements they have tried to make haven't done anything.3. The parking situation is extremely aggravating. They have multiple vehicles here I haven't seen move once in the 2 years I've lived here. If you work late you're almost guaranteed not to get a spot during the school year. A problem that could be fixed if they moved the multiple vehicles taking up over a dozen spots. 4. Their office hours are extremely limited for someone who works full time. I also had an experience where I went to print something in the lab and they had locked me in while they went to lunch. I've walked in to the office multiple time and have felt unwanted like I was interrupting their day.5. The elevators while having them are a plus, you can expect them to be down often. So if your relying of the elevator to help you, especially if you have mobility issues, ask for a bottom apartment6. They don't prorate your move in price even though you cannot move in until 1/2 way into the monthMy Pros1. The apartment are relatively spacious and they appliances are nice and new2. The head maintenance guys is friendly and gets stuff done relatively quickly 3. The surrounding area although like I said not entirely the safest has a lot of food and shopping options4. There are no breed or weight restrictions when it comes to pets. And the deposit is reasonable5. They have an online rent payment that doesn't charge you extra to use it

To whom it may concern,I am writing this to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with your college apartment complex. My daughter had signed a lease with your company for the upcoming school year, however, due to unforeseen circumstances, she will not be attending that college anymore. As such, we kindly requested to be released from the lease as we no longer needed the apartment, but we were met with an unyielding and uncooperative response from your company. We were told that it is our responsibility to find someone else to lease the apartment by means of social media. If we are able to , we are responsible for paying the entire lease for a year. If payment is not received 30 days after move-in date, the charge will be sent to collections. The company stated they will not work with the leaser and don't handle those matters , they automatically send to collections. Thus, impacting our credit for an apartment they won't even be lived in. We are extremely dissatisfied with the lack of flexibility and understanding in this situation. Instead of finding a reasonable solution that benefitted all parties involved, your company is forcing us to pay for an apartment that we will not be living in. This is not only unfair, but it also showcases how this company is more interested in making a profit than providing quality customer service. Moreover, upon further research, I discovered that this college apartment complex is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. It is incredibly concerning that this fraudulent business is operating in such a manner and taking advantage of vulnerable students and their families who trust them to provide a safe and secure living environment. In conclusion, I would advise anyone considering renting from this establishment to reconsider and find a more reliable and ethical company. We have learned a valuable lesson and will share our experience with others so that they do not fall victim to this scam and mistreatment in the future.

last night my truck got broken into and the apartments said they can do nothing about it and have no surveillance cameras anywhere... this is the second time this has happened in front of my apartmen and still nothing has happened about it and I'm sure it has happened a few times before I have moved in

They charge for a full month rent for August, but don't let you move in until the last week or prorate the rent. The office is open at 10am than close 1.5 hours for lunch and close at 5pm. I'm not sure how any of the amenities worth anything if you can't get to it. Not worth the money. Customer service is a lot of BS too, especially the bald headed manger. Real assh***! He talk to the young adult like they are 5.
