I'm new in the area so decided to try the closest groomer to me. Yay they are close and convenient. My sweet pup Myla has been twice and they are very friendly and professional. I have a very happy pup. The treatment they gave her for her smelly breath lasts for weeks and her coat is so shiny! No need to look further, they are terrific!

This groomer got back to me promptly! I just moved to the area and was looking for a groomer with any possible cancellations if not I wanted to schedule for the future. I was 2 months over do. I was able to be seen the following morning after a phone conversation. Shared details and photos of the cut I wanted and the gal helping me took notes for communication so A+ in my book right there and then. She gave me an estimate for pickup time and unfortunately I was late, but it was a couple of hours before closing, so no issues there. The transaction was smooth and hassle free. The cut came out great on my shih tzu mix. And she didn't seem nervous or timid when I picked her up, another thing I noted. I will be returning in the future. Appreciate this company's service and my dog looks like herself again and that's worth writing a review.

Laurie was very friendly and was happy to deal with my pack of three stinky fur children! I was looking for a new dog spa for the pack, and I am so happy they fit us in. We will be returning regularly because the entire experience was so fantastic from start to finish! The Halloween bandannas were definitely a great finishing touch, and the pack smells wonderful!

We just moved here to the Tucson area & were worried we wouldn't be able to find a groomer for our Lulu, that could handle her special needs. We found Sheridan, she was wonderful. She listened to our needs & concerns for grooming Lulu. She took her time & did a fantastic job. Best grooming cut Lulu has ever had in 9 years. We wii definitely be coming back. Thank you Sheridan for doing such a good job on our Lulu :)

I found Scruffy to Fluffy after a previous experience with another groomer. My dog used to get very anxious and frighten just pulling up to the parking lot, and they were never consistent with his haircut, it always looked different. After switching over to Scruffy to Fluffy he doesn't tremble, get scared or anxious, and they always do a good job at keeping his cut looking the same.The location never smells dirty, they do a very good job at keeping it clean.

We are RVers (here for a month) and a person I met here recommended Scruffy to Fluffy. Our two cavalier spaniels were so filthy from walking on asphalt and dirt paths that I had to wash their feet before bed. I loved this place and so did my furry kids! When I checked in, they asked all the appropriate questions so they knew exactly what I wanted. They were friendly, did an excellent grooming, and were not overpriced. I was able to get an appointment within a week and they called as soon as they were done. The inside was clean, organized, and didn't smell like dirty dogs . Wish they were in my home town...

I have a labradoodle(Lilly) and she is pretty spirited and quite furry. She is a challenge at home to brush she only wants to play, the people here does such a great job she loves going to visit and get beautified. We knew when getting her we would have to have her groomed ever 2 months or so. We wanted to let her coat grow for the winter and they just did a partial groom and did a great job and the price was very reasonable. Thanks for making a very energetic puppy look so good! Really appreciate these folks going above and beyond. I have a thirteen year old, 50 pound very shaggy dog who hates the heat. In the past, having her groomed wasn't a big deal but now she's become deaf and has canine cognitive disorder (aka dementia). She tends to panic in the best of situations and we all knew that having her groomed would be a headache. I worried that she'd flip out or that they'd give up but the groomers/bathers did a wonderful job, kept my pup as calm and comfortable as possible and returned her to me clean, trimmed and much, much happier. Thank you!

Just groomed my Old English Sheepdog youngster and did a FABULOUS job! Their huge amounts of hair can be difficult but he looks great!!! Recommend them!!!
