Summer is coming. We need help with windows that receive direct sun. I called Screens & More for an estimating appointment. Rebecca quickly answered; she was cheerful, helpful, and willing to do a home estimate asap. She arrived on time & was organized with samples. Rebecca warned me there was a chance the way my house was stuccoed that this type of screen would not work. Unfortunately, she was correct. I appreciated her honesty, sad to know this would not be a solution for us. Rebecca is knowledgeable & a professional working for this woman-owned & family business. We will call her when our son buys a house here, hopefully, this spring before the summer heat. Supporting and buying local.

This has to be the worst experience with a company I have had in a LONG time. I called them back late April to receive an estimate to put sun screens on 3 of my windows. Georgette came out to my house on May 1st as scheduled and gave me an excellent quote which I agreed on. At that time she stated I could pay half now and the rest later but I insisted to pay full price so it would be taken care of. I was also instructed to leave my gate unlocked so the installers can come in the back yard to install if I am not home. Here's where it went south. After taking my money immediately from my bank account, my screens were not installed a week after paying for them. To make matters worse, after calling almost every day to get an update, I don't get a call back until two weeks later from the owner, stating my job was 3 weeks out from when I first placed it. Which would mean 5/22 would have been the date for them to be installed. Well here we are on 6/3 and my screens have still yet to be installed!!! Please take your business somewhere else so you don't have to deal with this headache of a company!

The only reason I gave this company one star is because the others that didn't leave a star, didn't get on the "review" list. And those two people are spot on about this company's service. I called to set up an appointment to have them come out and give my mom a quote on screening in her porch. They called me back. We agreed on a day and time. So far so good. I was at work when they came to my house. I live on a long dirt road that has quite a few washes running thru it, but none that you can't drive a car like a Prius through. Yes, it is bumpy, we all just drive slow. That said, the gal came to our door and immediately told my husband "Our van is too low to come down this road and the road is too rough. We're not coming out to do the job." He told her to go tell my mom that, because she was the one who was paying for the job to be done. She told my 93 year old mom the same thing. REALLY? She was kidding, right? Why did she drive three miles down this road to come to my door just to tell me that? She should have stopped on the road somewhere and called me. There are all kinds of cars up and down these roads that don't have any problems. I have an HHR. I don't have any problems. There are lots of homes out here that companies come out to repair or build stuff on these homes. And if it allows me at the end of this review, I'll attach a picture of the van that is here now doing repairs on our home. So my friends out there, bottom line in my complaint is this: If you live down a dirt road, don't bother with this company. They seem to cater only to customers who live on paved roads or track homes. And from the other bad review I read, they don't like gated communities either. Thank God for Yelp.

Very, very pleased!I had 11 screens made and installed. I was told upfront that the actual install would be 6 to 8 weeks out. In week six, I received a call, and scheduled the install date. Every expectation was met.This company came to me with a glowing review from my neighbor whose screens looked great. Based on their recommendation and the quality of work they did, Screens & More was the only company I called.Again...Very, very pleased!

We ordered new solar screens for our windows and Georgette was awesome! Gave us an excellent price!Had them installed couple days ago and the installer was very quick and did a great job! We are very happy and would highly recommend them!!!!

When I initially called, he was fine. However, it was down hill from there. In every other interaction, he was gruff, rude, threatening (to not do business). He came to measure the windows. I live in a community with a gate. I told him he'd have to call from the call box and I'd beep him in. The call comes up on my phone: Open Gate. His call did not come up "open gate". I couldn't hear him when he called. I finally understood he wanted in and I told him he had to use the call box, not his phone. He said there were people behind him, I was holding up the line, and he threatened he would just leave he was so busy. He called again but it didn't say open gate, but I pressed the # to let him in. Maybe it worked, maybe someone let him in, maybe he did call from call box, even though it's never not come up Open Gate before, and hitting # worked. I tried to direct him to my house (the numbering here is NOT intuitive!) as it's hard to find. He didn't like that, said he could do it, but I saw him turn the wrong way and told him to turn around. He did turn around, but did not like that I told him.He came, got out of his car, ignored my hand to shake, I said my name, he ignored me. I said I didn't catch his name. He didnt' say a word, but made a point of giving me a card. Then he told me I was rude (I couldn't hear him and that's rude?), that he was incredibly busy, and he was close to leaving. If I hadn't already waited a week for him to come and it was June, I would've asked him to leave. He did not say another word to me -- except to tell me the price and wait for a check.He told me it would be a month. Today was 5 weeks, one day. To be fair, after I called the day after they were due, he had someone come out the next day. However, he didn't tell me they were coming. I was in the shower when the open gate came, and it was too late for them to come back 8 minutes later when I saw it. When I called about that, he quite irritably told me, "That's the problem. My guys don't have time to wait for you to open it." I said I didn't even know they were coming. He said we didn't need to be home -- and yet he knew he had to get through the gate. So while he said I didn't need to be there, I was supposed to be by my phone 24/7, with no warning, so I could answer when his guys came -- regardless if I was in a meeting, on another call, etc.The he said he didn't know when they'd come back. I called again a few days later and he said day after tomorrow. I told him he could also get buzzed in by the office and gave him that #. But a no show on that day. I called again. He demanded that I give him access code (our personal access code, which has since been changed) so they could get in. For reference, in all the time we've lived here (20 months), it's never been a problem for a vendor to come in. There are at least 50 vendors, post office, Fed Ex, etc. in the park everyday. Some how they can get in without being incredibly rude.Except for our first call, there has not been one pleasant interaction with him. I do Customer Service workshops and will use him as one of my Top Ten Worst Customer Service Experiences. I can't believe they're still in business.I was going to get another window done, but I will not give him any more money. We'll find someone else.The screens were put in today, and I can tell the difference already. So the product, on it's first day, is working great.I have many excellent reviews about other companies/services, the most recent being Fairway Cooling & Heating, so I'm not prone to panning someone -- us people who treat me this rudely.

Had a patio enclosure installed. Had no problems at all. They came when they said they were going to, were friendly, cleaned up when they were done, and did an excellent job. We love our new sunroom! Felt inclined to leave a review after reading some negative reviews. Probably only thing negative I can say is they were booked out about a month so would have preferred it done sooner, but it's done now so that's all that matters.

Excellent! We have used Screens and More for our window blinds and recently called them again to purchase blinds for our new sliding door. Great service. Georgette found exactly what we wanted and Jeremy did the installation. We are very satisfied and will recommend their company.
