I placed an order for a Dell Inspiron 17R screen replacement on their website. I didn't hear anything from them for 2 weeks. I emailed and left them a message, but nada. I was getting ready to file a credit card dispute when I finally got an email saying that the screen was backordered but would be shipped out via USPS Priority. I got it three weeks after I ordered it.It arrived in good shape and I followed the directions in a youtube video to replace my existing screen. Apparently, I didn't plug one of the connectors in properly, so it didn't work the first time around. Had to pop my laptop open and go through all of the steps again to find my error. It worked the 2nd time around, so I'm happy and satisfied to have revived my laptop--much cheaper than buying a new one.My one recommendation to them is to let their customers know if they're out of stock of something and that they'll need a little time to fulfill their order. Good communications are a must!

I ordered a screen on 3/17/21,it states that an email would be sent out when shipped,and 5/7 days for delivery,now a week later I still haven't got anything from them,I have wrote several emails asking where my screen is at and no reply

Screen Surgeon's are a godsend! My daughter has a Samsung Chromebook 3 and accidentally broke the screen on Sunday. Usually when I see things like that I think that it's beyond me and I think it's unfixable or will be pretty expensive to fix. So I started looking up cheap chromebooks to replace the broken one. But then I decided to look up if the screen could actually be replaced on YouTube and they were showing how-to's. The video I came across had a similar crack like my daughters so I was optimistic it can be replaced. Thankfully they mentioned the website to go to, screensurgeons.com, and so I did. Pretty straightforward in the video and website on what I needed to look for to order. We got the screen and toolset today. It was so easy to replace and now I have a happy daughter and a happy mama!! Thank you so much for providing the video and how fast you sent my order. ,I can across Screen Surgeons after I had attempted to have my hp laptop screen replaced locally. I was given one estimate of at least 300.00 and a low of 225. The bezel on my laptop was easy to remove and the 4 screws holding the screen. I mistakenly ordered the wrong screen and with the help of the support provided by them I decided to send my computer to them because I felt if I encountered any additional problems which in my case was correctly attaching the power strip I would add additional cost. Locally the repair shops seem to feel gouging the customer the norm. I encourage those a bit more handy to not be shy contact them directly let them pick the right screen. If you fail you will still be way a head of the estimates local shops give. The cost for labor is 75.00 which includes shipping. The repair process of shipping repair made and subsequent return is just under 2 weeks. To order just the screen takes less than 5 days.

I stepped on my computer and the screen stopped working. I was going to buy a new computer but then went on Youtube and found these guys...replacing a screen might be easier than I thought. The video made it clear how to figure out what I needed to order, how to take out the old one and install the new one. I live in Hawaii and ordered the screen on Tuesday. I got it on Friday - $88 for a lenovo Y480. I'm a woman who always wanted to think of herself as a techie....I can't tell you how easy this was and my boyfriend was quite impressed :) Great job guys; from the marketing on Youtube, to the quick delivery, to including all the tools needed to get the job done!!!!

I was hesitant to try this but the video looked easy and the price with tools and delivery was more than reasonable. I am happy to say I just replaced my laptop screen at my kitchen table in less than 30 minutes with only what was delivered in the box for $81. I'm so stoked!

I have been searching for a screen to fit Dell 17.3 Studio. A hassle of a creen to find that will match right with out the missing pixels.I looked for two months. All low quality stuff.Saw these guys in the searches but did not trust it.But last week I wrote them with my screens numbers.Next day got the screen info emailed to me.Easy to order.Had it three days.Packaged well.100% Right.Got my info back.A thousand thanks,Lauri

I sent in my laptop to be repaired because the touch screen feature no longer worked. When I received it the note said the touchscreen feature was working. It wasn't. They returned to me a different, smaller battery charger than the one I sent with my laptop. The inadequate battery charger caused my laptop to stop charging and now it will not turn on. :(

These guys are my heroes! I was concerned I was going to have to buy (or rather my son was going to have to pay for) a new Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series when he cracked his screen. I was very annoyed! I started looking online for a solution and found Screen Surgeons. I had no idea what I was doing, but via their tutorial video I was able to identify the new screen I needed. I ordered on Friday and received it on Monday and followed the video again to install. The cost includes shipping and was $76 So far, so good! Super easy!
