I am updating my rating for Scissorworks. My initial experience was not good. Mainly because the groomer didn't follow my instructions. The owner quickly followed up with me and ensured my second visit was MUCH better. Brenda did a fantastic job on my two Cavaliers. I will definitely go back again and give them another try. I really like that they do not crate my dogs. I have one that is very afraid of the crate. Thank you to the team at Scissorworks!!

Jake goes in once per month for a bath and nail trim. We've been going there for several years and have never had a bad experience! Jake likes going there. He always jumps out of the car and runs to the front door.

Brenda is great with my two Yorkie's, they look and feel so great when I pick them up! They love that they are free with the other doggies. You will like this place.

Wonderful pet grooming. I had our bearded collie in this morning and they did a great job!! Lucy our dog loved the girls at Scissorworks!! Highly recommend this groomer!! I was here last year while visiting GV and wanted to come back again this year.

This place is awesome! I have taken my three dogs here several times and all three consistently come home beautiful and smelling great. The groomers are super friendly and truly are animal lovers. Prices are great. Definitely the best groomers around!! Ditch those big box pet stores and support a fabulous local business.

Gave this grooming business 5 stars two years ago. New pet Lexi and performed a five star service on my new adopted baby. Will never be below A+.

Its not the same quality of haircuts then it used to be. The top of my dogs head the hair was all uneven when I got home. The job looked rush . I wont be coming back.

Have been going to Scissorworks for a number of years. Other groomers in the area use crates which was a real hardship for my older dogs. The previous owner was a bit inconsistent, but the new owner and her staff have offered quality service - the best in town. My little rat terrier is one stinky naturally unkempt dog and when he comes out of Scissorworks he looks and smells great. Recommend this company highly.

Third time I've taken my two small dogs there. I arrived a few minutes early and the owner was still working on one dog. I watched and after a couple of minutes my dog yelped and the groomer said in a very harsh voice "just shut up!" Another groomer came up to me and asked whom I was picking up and I told her the brown dog on the floor and the white one the lady just yelled at. The "yeller" said she was sorry but I could tell by the look in her face she was sorry I heard her not that she yelled. NEVER going back!! Worried about how dogs are treated when owners are not there.
