The SavOn team made our wedding flowers. Today, over two years later, I went back for a Valentines gift. They recalled my wife's bouquet and with a quick glance at the photo created this incredible arrangement, while I waited.They don't have a fancy store. They dont have a glass front cooler and they are a little tricky to find. What they do have is epically talented people and great flowers at prices you cant beat. Why spend on a grocery store arrangement, get something far more special.

I was pleased by the efficiency of the florist. The arraignment looked great!I haven't ordered flowers in many years and was caught off guard by the $65 price tag. I'm not sure if this was a good value or not.

Very disappointed in the arrangement I had sent to my mother in law who had just lost her mother. The arrangement looked poorly put together as if it was rushed and thrown in a vase. I will definitely seek floral services elsewhere next time.

We were excited to use this company for our wedding, as is very popular in town. After several meetings with lots of pictures and warehouse visits to see products that were supposed to be used. We had a final meeting to view reception table, made small changes , then we agreed on price etc. Well we were basically ripped off. Half the flowers were smaller, not agreed upon, wrong colors, stands not used, boquet wrong color,etc. we got half the flowers then discussed, wrong colors in canopy, canopy half done, even the small changes we made at last visit were not fixed! I am so upset!I am very detail oriented and specific with lots of photos, clarifying, and planning. I do not feel I could have done anything on my part to be more specific. I truly feel i was taken advantage of and ripped off. Do not use them!

Sav On Flowers is excellent!! Best Service provided. The flower selections are perfect, I've purchased multiple times (5x's +) the much needed flowers for church. I've also checked other flower shops also checked at Costco and grocery stores but I was disappointed on the amount/selection of flowers they provided at high costs. I'm grateful for Sav On Flowers! Supporting local business.

Very grateful that Sav On arranges & delivers beautiful fresh flowers. Since we can't visit our daughter-in-law in person right now, we thought fresh flowers would be a nice way to communicate get well wishes after her car accident. Jim was exceptionally friendly & helpful in choosing a reasonably priced design. The flowers were delivered within a few hours of calling in our order & cheered up the family! Thank you, Jim!

I recommend NEVER giving your time or money . When I first met Jim he was nice and wrote the order down in front of us and thought it was take care of . When I kept sending emails he never responded and when I called he talks about orders I never had added and my order with like flowers for the cake and tables and forgot the grooms order. It completely shocked me cause we talked face to face and he wrote down what I actually ordered and on the phone it was like a different order.As I tried talking to him he kept talking over and never got my words in and his voice yelling some points and talked down to me . Then the price he gave before when I went to the shop completely Charged up More even when I took the orders that I never ordered in the first place. I had to cancel cause I felt uncomfortable and felt taken advantage of. I kindly told him that I need to cancel. He yells saying I won't get my deposit back and says that was in the invoice in the email. Both phone conversation was Jim talking over and yelling and acting like it was his wedding. As I said in the beginning he never sent me anything at all and never sent the invoice. When I told him he got more mad cause it was true he never emailed me so I was never informed and needed my deposit cause I needed my money I worked hard for it for the wedding. When I begged he hung up on me . He hung up on a customer begging for the money I've been saving for the wedding And has never responded my email as he never did in the beginning. I begged and cried that I lost money for the wedding . I never flet this much mistreatment and planning the wedding I had so much and this man that thinks he can talk to people like very disrespectful and inconsiderate of the customers feeling what he did and took my money and never communicated with creating new charges and all of sudden I couldn't get my deposit back again money for the wedding taken.Don't do business here Jim may be nice at first but may change into a complete rude person and disrespectful that takes advantage of customers now I have to find another with money gone that I have been saving

Flowers never arrived for grandma's funeral because they forgot.I accompanied my mother and sister-in-law to order flowers for my grandmother's funeral. We went to SavOn Flowers as they had done my brother & sister-in-law's wedding flowers 20 years ago and had done a great job at a good price. We had a little trouble finding the place but once there Mr. Stith was helpful, although a bit long winded in telling stories of his family business. Still, he was nice and offered advice on standing flower displays for a funeral service. He wrote up my mom's & my sister-in-law's orders, the prices seemed very reasonable for the size of the displays they had ordered. We clearly stated that the funeral would be on the coming Sunday. He inquired if they could deliver the flowers to the funeral home on Saturday, as they were closed on Sundays. He was told no, the funeral home doesn't take deliveries on Saturdays (no idea why, but that's their policy). Mr. Stith said no problem, even though their shop wasn't open on Sunday's he assured us they could still do Sunday deliveries. He took the orders, the delivery address, and payments.Sunday morning arrives. My mom is already dealing with the loss of her mother and making sure all the funeral arrangements are going smoothly. She walks into the viewing area and sees several beautiful bouquets of flowers from family & friends. But neither her nor my sister-in-law's standing arrangements are there. The funeral home staff says they had no deliveries from SavOn Flowers. Thank goodness the casket spray was ordered through the funeral home or those would have been missing as well.My mother & Sister-in-law were upset to say the least. They paid $135 & $100 respectively and then to not even have the flowers delivered?! I am now glad I forgot my wallet that day, or I would have ordered from them too. We called Jim the following day for an explanation. His excuse -- he forgot. ?!?! Really?! You are a professional florist, weddings & funerals are your bread & butter, and you simply forgot? At least Jim felt terrible and apologized profusely. They were both given a full refund. But really? Too little to late. At the very least I feel he should send my mom & sister-in-law each a nice "sorry" arrangement of flowers & have another bouquet sent to the gravesite.Won't be going back to SavOn Flowers.*** UPDATE: Mr. Stith send a letter of apology, a $100 gift card to Baggins, and a lovely bouquet of flowers to my mom. He was very embarrassed by the situation and admitted that they "blew it". At least he admitted their mistake and tried to make amends.
