Sapphire Catering

What a great idea to have a Friday meal on the go. You can order for two or four people. You simply drive up and pick up your meal. You can also choose extras such as soup or dessert. The portions are large enough for even a couple more people. Everything was tasty and fresh. The chicken was juicy and tender. This is not always the case with chicken breast. I don't think I could even think of any way to improve on this meal. Now we will see what's in the menu for next week!!

Wow! A friend let me know about this catering company. They have something called a hump day drive-through. You have to order on Tuesday night and then on Wednesday you pick up your order sometime between four and six and take it home to eat. Let me tell you this food was so good! I wish I had taken pictures but I forgot and we were all so hungry, I promise to do it next time. This week special was tri-tip - cooked perfectly and sliced thin, baby back pork ribs with barbecue sauce - excellent falling off the bone, green chili scallop potatoes - really good and u unique twist, Julienned mixed vegetables which were scrumptious and a fabulous salad too! This was my first time so a little nervous but oh my the food was so tasty and delicious. The staff I had contact with were friendly and kind. Great option if you don't want ti cook on Wednesdays! Can't wait to see what is on the menu for next week (hint: they post on Fridays)

What a great business adaptation ~ Friday drive through pick up. We had the Brisket / Pulled Pork / Mac&Cheese / Ceasar Salad ~ Good Value and lots of food. We get the feeds 4 and easily fed 6 including hungry teenagers. Also got dessert, it was good a little too sweet but that's personal choice. Well packed for clean pick up

I ordered their Mother's Day special lunch to be picked up. It was so worth the drive across town. Large tasty portions of chicken and salmon were served alongside delicious couscous and their wonderful grilled vegetable platter. The sauces on the fish and poultry were tasty and left you wishing there was more to lap up. The strawberry dessert reminded me of my Mom's special angel food cake dessert she'd make for special events. Sweet and good! The salad was full of walnuts and berries and tomatoes. The dressing was wonderful and they also included bleu cheese to sprinkle on top. It was a fun and easy way to celebrate my wife being a great mom to our sons. Now I just have to get them to cover the bill and life will be grand. The portion size was good and she has some leftovers for later. Trying Sapphire out for the first time seemed risky, but I'm so glad I did. They did a great job of 'no touch' service. The wife is happy. My sons owe me. Sounds perfect to me...

10/31/2016Once again we had the pleasure of having Sapphire Catering, handle our Halloween Work luncheon at Tattoo Manufacturing! The table was festive and Fun, the food (especially the tri-tip beef & potato salad) was Exceptional! They even made sure to have vegan meals available, although they Missed out on that juicy tri-tip, so I got extras, thanks vegans! Sapphire always makes sure there is Enough food and if you could see our big guys you would know That is a feat in itself! Besides supplying the utensils, napkins and wet wipes (which I thought was great.) I would highly recommend them for Any event small or large! Sapphire recently catered the thanksgiving lunch for VA volunteers, and it was excellent! We're talking a couple hundred people, and it was like home cooked. Very impressed

I researched and contacted several catering companies for our employee holiday lunch and finally decided on Sapphire Catering. I am so happy I found them. Food was delicious. Service was superb. A week after the event I still had employees who have been with the company for years telling me that was the best holiday lunch they ever had. This was the first one I ever planned so Sapphire made me look great . They have several menu options to choose from and were very accommodating. They will definitely be my go to caterer for future events. I cant wait to try more of their food through their Wednesday drive thru dinners option when that starts!

Such a great idea to have a special dinner for folks every Friday. The ribs were fall off the bone and the short ribs rub was amazing.

Pozole was awesome for tonight's Friday Night pick up! Well-packed for travel, plenty of pork and fresh fixings. Thank you. Will definitely order, again.
