Salad Nation

This is a real bucket of salad. It is so good!!! I really love a salad bar, and I can't believe how generous Salad Nation is in their servings. The first time I tried it, I ordered a large and it was too much food for me! Now I get the regular and still almost struggle to finish it. The lettuce is kept cold in a fridge so it is super fresh, you get to add six toppings for a regular salad and a protein. I am dairy and gluten free, so I was nervous about their extensive dressing menu. I reached out on social media and they sent me this awesome list with my restrictions marked. I am really excited to try all the different dressings now! Also, they are local and have super great service!

A really great option in the Park Place mall! I've only been here a handful of times, not often that I'm out towards that part of town how ever every single time I have enjoyed my entire experience. The customer service is great, always ready to help and knowledgeable of the menu. Omar, owner, has a great personality. There is a consideration in the making of the food, use of ingredients for example the use of olive oil for the dressings and the chicken cooked fresh. Salad Nation is located in the malls food court, so that experience in itself can vary from very crowded, busy and loud to quiet and empty. Plenty of seating though! My go to choice is one of the salad size options (regular or large) that come in 'bucket' which is a deep bowl and of course some waffle fries. There are several dressings that sound deciduous but I find myself continuing to go back to the Cilantro Avocado. The waffle fries are insanely great. Hand batter and perfectly fried, some of my favorite in town... like top 3. Being that it's a mall, there is plenty of parking, bathrooms and space. You may have to walk a little to get to the food court but for me, it's worth it. Mom tip: Being a mom I bring my kids to the play area too!

This was my first time to Salad Nation and it was so yummy. I am usually hesitant when it comes to a make your own salad option, but I knew I had to try it (even though the sandwiches and paninis were looking divine). Don't let the big bowl confuse you, you are able to mix it and get a good bite of everything. Even my husband who will never eat a salad would not stop taking bites of mine. There is a wide selection of toppings and dressings and protein choices (and the staff is very patient if you're a bit indecisive like me). And a nice choice of agua frescas. This place is located in Park Place Mall- We will be going back again to get our salad fix!

This hidden gem recently popped up as part of a Yelp event and I will fully admit I was skeptical when I saw it was in a mall food court (then I saw chicken and burgers and my skepticism grew). But after giving it a shot, I found the location and menu to be a-ok! I tried the crispy chicken sandwich (which one does at a place with 'salad' in the name) and oh my cluckin' goodness! It was a nice big piece of chicken, the breading was perfectly crisp and not greasy at all, and it was JUICY! I was so happy with my sandwich, also ordered sweet potato waffle fries which were yummy (and they have great ranch too). We also got the spicy crispy tenders (yum) and the Salad Nation panini which was huge and delicious! Their chicken sauce is amazing and everything was cooked well (and the chicken was juicy)!It is in a food court of a busy mall so there are a lot of people around, but there were parts of the seating area that weren't too people-y so that was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful and I will totally be back because the food was on point! Great experience overall :) If you are looking for fast and good quality, this is a great option - will be back to sample the salad and soups next time for sure!

Having visited several times, I'm always impressed with the quality of their food (even when taking it to-go!). The waffle fries are perfectly crispy, and the Jalapeño ranch wrap is always fresh--both have become my personal favorites. Great stop!

I love coming here for a salad! I love that you're able to choose your additions but also add sesame seeds, croutons, and other yummy toppings. I also love the buckets that make it really easy to toss your salads. I love that Park Mall has a place to eat healthily.

Scratch made healthy and tasty food at a mall food court??? Yes and Salad Nation is the answer. Salad Nation offers a number of delicious and healthy options. Ranging from salads, to burgers, wraps, soups and paninis. I ordered the large mixed green salad and you get four toppings, I got edamame, quinoa, jalapeno and double hard boiled eggs. I added some pepper chicken and got some Caribbean mango vinaigrette on the side. The salad was tasty and filling and I was flavorful enough where I didn't need to use much dressing at all. This is a great addition to the Park Place Mall. Lots of seating available.

Fresh ingrediations and a large selection make this a stand out option in a mall food court (or really anywhere). Salads are huge, lots of options, lots of dressings. I got the Buffalo chicken which had enough sauce I didn't really need any dressing.

Had to go and get some crispy chicken tenders. I love these tenders so much, they are the perfect crispy and very juicy. You have to try it for yourself. Service was excellent, make sure to tell the owner Omar I sent you . Ambiance is excellent with fast service.

For my salad series, I was so excited to check out salad nation. Not only do they have a great salad bar, but they offer soups, paninis, chicken tenders, and Aguas frescas, just to name a few! The salad I got was created by the wonderful help of jayda! I also ordered chicken tenders. They are packed with flavor and don't even get me started on the Chipotle ranch sauce! The salad was nice and cold and so refreshing! I hope in the future they will open one up in the tucson mall. For now, this place is definitely worth the drive. Go check them out! Great vibes
