Saigon Pho

Will show up as the place next door on your card, FYI...Very limited seating, but wasn't too busy during the day, so all good!This place was soooo good! We went in honor of my niece, who loves pho while we waited for her graduation ceremony to start. She came here often during her time at UofA. Huge portions. Tons of ingredients. Tons of flavor. All so, so, so good! Great near campus option. I'm very glad we came. I was overly full by the time we left... It's totally worth it, though. I see why it is so popular with students. Clean but with a cozy, hole in the wall feel.

The new iteration of Saigon Pho is disappointing. The $10 bánh mi sandwich doesn't even use bánh mi bread! No patê nor Vietnamese meats. Just generic sweet ginger barbecue pork (not char siu) with cilantro and unpickled carrots in a generic French roll.

Another great place off of University. Fast service and a great bowl of Pho which what the doctor ordered. There was a reasonable crowd I. There and they had a great selection of veggie options. I haven't tried any of the Asian sandwiches which was what made me come in. Definitely will be back.

Ordered today on DoorDash got a significant amount of food being there was a promotion of $25 off but that was through DoorDash had nothing to do at the store and I wanted leftovers for work...I love PHO and this place popped up as a new PHO place and being in Oro Valley there's not many options so I was excited!!!! this was the most oily soup I've ever had in my life and on top of that I ordered two servings, and only got one. I also ordered the rare beef and it came already cooked in the broth. Mind you with hardly any beef, this literally looks like something my 13-year-old son could've cooked. The onions were cut super big and the broth hardly had any flavor other than oil ...I would not call this authentic by any means. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this one was pretty bad for my first experience.

Went with 3 of my friends we all got the chicken pho. bomb. Half & half of the pork and veggie dumplings. The best CRISPY dumplings I've ever had. Chill vibe for a Wednesday

Ok I'm torn between 3 and a 4. Wish we could give half stars. Going to give them the benefit of the doubt because the service was sweet and helpful. This is the you go order model and they bring it to you. Table service is history these days. Had the Veggie Pho and was good. Not fabulous but decent. Nothing a little chili oil wouldn't spice up lol. Food came quick and plenty of seating. They have regular foot traffic so that's always a good sign. I'll be back to try the Banh Mi or even some boba. Nice selection

(+) Food is pretty good.(+) Rarely crowded which is nice(+) Has at least one outlet to use for studyingWent to this place a few months back and they had reasonable priced banh mi sandwiches ($5-8). (-) Sandwiches off the menu. Cheapest meal was around $13.(-) Server saw me point to a meal, repeated what it was and brought me out something different. (-) When I asked about getting it corrected (before eating anything) she tried to charge me again for another meal

I will start this review off by saying I have eaten at Saigon Pho numerous time prior to the pandemic. This was one of my favorite places to eat pho. I will start off with the positives then work my way to the negatives which are the reasons I will not be returning to this place.Walking in you quickly see that they have done some remodeling. The menu is no longer on the wall, they have printed menus. Service was great, cashier was very friendly. There is usually never a long wait which is nice you can get food quickly. Now to the negative:As mentioned they have new menus with post pandemic prices so you quickly see the price has double. However, when you go to order the register set for a higher rate. Cashier mentioned that the price had an increased. Also I wanted to order a few items from the menu and she shared that they no longer offer some of the items.We ended up ordering the vegetable pho and the pho tai nam. The broth to both of these soups was absolutely bland, so much flavor was lacking compared to previous times I've tried it. The noodles in both was thicker and gummy texture, it made the soup taste worse. The pho tai nam was missing part of the meats, brisket was not included. To sum up, food was not good service was good. Will not be returning.

The pho is not that great, I ordered off Postmates and I didn't get any hoisin or siracha. But that's not even the big deal. I expected better and was disappointed the pho lacked a lot of flavor and the portions were small for how much it costs. Next time I'm better off just sticking to wok fire & grill.

Ever since this place got bought out by the sports bar (The Blind Pig) last May, the quality, atmosphere and service has been nothing short of miserable. As you can tell by the sharp decline in positive reviews, the food quality is incredibly poor and expensive. Everything is disposable, the atmosphere is dark with blaring music and the employees are fewer. This place used to be a comforting and authentic Vietnamese restaurant that has now been ruined by the greedy bar reputation next door. I do not recommend neither the spring rolls for their price nor the beef pho. The meat was unfortunately disturbingly chewy and I could tell that the bean sprouts had been sitting out. I am not apt to trust the sanitation of this place either, overall it's most unfortunate that this place went from 5 stars to barely deserving of 1.
