Store clerks are incompetent in handling orders placed online. They provide an online Message function but don't bother to read the messages, so the customer totally wastes his time fooling with them. Then they get real personal and nasty on their emails, while lacking the guts to identify themselves, when the customer points out these little issues after he doesn't get the right order.When you again ask the anonymous genius to identify himself, so you know who to ask for to register a complaint, they get even nastier and threaten to call the cops on you if you EVER come in the store. (Even though they had offered earlier to return the incorrect order.)I am guessing this is a family business, since no regular business would permit this behavior. Of course they have lost another customer, but I wish I could get back the time and money I wasted on this useless bunch.

Don't listen to the negative reviews. Some people are full of shit and somehow justify their lack of knowledge or displeasure with a price that they get sour. This place has always been professional and honest. They have a decent selection of firearms and will find what your looking for if it's not there that day. I've been to many firearms stores, and this place never gave me the impression that they are the problem. In my opinion some people need to look in the mirror.

Great local gun shop with a very knowledgeable owner and staff. Very friendly and will take time to answer any and all questions you have. I highly recommend going to this shop.

Great local Gun shop they can order most everything you would want. The owner and staff are great and very helpful. They help me pick out the right 22 rifle for me and just what I wanted. Stop in they are great people

Great store awesome selection and low prices if you don't see it ask Travis and he will find it. I transfer all of my Gunbroker purchases thru them very easy and fast and they have doubled in size as the store is fully stocked with regular stuff and NFA items as well they do the stamp processing and photos!!!!Plus you earn $$$ for buying local with their cash back program I use it to buy my ammo. Love this place friendly and knowledgeable employees

This should be your go to shop it is absolutely worth the drive. We were just in looking at selling a Glock 17x9 gen 2 that I gave my daughter and getting her a compact to conceal carry and the salesman gave us a good value for the gun she has and there was no pressure at all to buy what she thought she want , instead he actually recommended her keeping the one she has and getting use to it if she's not comfortable enough to conceal carry right now. He was very informative gave us his opinion about all the ones he showed us and again absolutely no pressure. He didn't try and show or sell us the most expensive one he had. Other shops I have been in are more worried about sales , these guys I think are committed to making sure you're purchasing the right gun for you and that's why I wanted my daughter to go in and see the difference between what she has and what she thought she wanted. When she's ready for a new gun we will absolutely only shop this store. They have great selection of all types of firearms. Thanks guys for the best experience for her and your honest salesmanship.

Do NOT SELL your gunS TO THEM!!! Completely predatory, I had to sell my dads due to his Alzheimer's and they paid me $1800 for $20,000 of guns and rifles, I was distraught and overwhelmed with the level of caregiving and they totally took advantage of that- don't be me- do the research
