I love having a grocery store this close to where I live. Enjoyable experience with plenty of goods and nice customer service. It is a bit small but you take what you get.

As soon as you walk in, you can smell good food . Clean everything! Fresh baked goods and I just love the Fresh made quick heat up meals from the prepared foods department. Always delicious. The seafood department is also dependable and polite! Fresh fruit and vegetables! Not as much as I want, but I am happy . Prices are a bit higher, but they have good sales. Sales Professionals Always have a friendly attitude and and helpful! Just a wonderful shopping experience

Staff is very rude. When my sister was talking to them trying to explain something the just got up and walked away in the middle of the conversation and walked away.

Do not purchase coffee from Starbucks. They do not wash their hands after using the restroom. They are rude, condescending, and like to argue with customers. They throw rocks then hide their hands.Managers do not reprimand employees when they treat loyal customers rude.This is the second time that this girl made a shitty Starbucks drink. It was a literal waste money.

Not too bad of a store.Clean, brightly lit and pretty good selection of staples.My guy has found what he craves for his meals but I have to say they don't carry everything that Fry's does.Produce here is about the same as Fry's and baked goods are tasty.I can say for this non meat eater that I don't find everything I crave or need. But as I've said, it's good for stocking up on the staples we need.We both love that it's clean and that the liquor department is not too shabby.There's a flower department , Starbucks and hot food as well as a US Bank. Although the branch I'm told will be closing soon.Every associate has been friendly.

My neighborhood grocery store--I go for convenience, not necessarily my love of the place.You're going to find much much more exciting selection at the Broadway location. If I could I'd give it 2.5 stars! Some tips! -They have 2-3 extreme discount sections where you can find some steals and good items for your gift closet. -Rush hour times are very busy, prepare for long wait in line. -Avoid bathroom at all costs :/ Cashier staff have always been very friendly to me :) Starbucks staff are usually a hit and miss when it comes to friendliness...

I usually like going to Safeway, but this place just isn't well managed. The shelves are shoddily stocked. I often find items on sale in the wrong spot no matter what day of the week or time of day it is. In addition to that, the bathrooms are filthy.The last time I came here was at 8:00pm on a weeknight. I was in a line that consisted of about 10 people, and there was only one register open. After about 10 minutes of waiting, a manager finally came out and started ringing people up, complaining about her job.I would seek this place out as my go to grocery store only if it were convenient for you. Otherwise, I'd steer clear.

So, this is my neighborhood store. We have a Fry's but I much prefer the Safeway. As they are small, they don't have the selections you can get at Fry's. However, the service is far superior to Fry's and the people are always great. So this is where I do most of my shopping. If you can't find something or want something special, they will get it for you. Especially in the meat/seafood market. The people at Fry's are rude and don't care about you as a customer. And you have to dodge all the click shoppers with their large carts. And they will hit you. So stick to the Safeway's much better place.

I'm puzzled by the comments about rude staff. Not once in four years has that been my experience. On the contrary, I have seen nothing but friendly and courteous employees at this location. One complaint is digital coupons though - too many glitches so I don't bother with them anymore.

Never fails. Safeway advertises AMAZING PRICES which I almost always find means they don't have the stock they advertised, and if you arranged for a pickup order, they will sub regular-priced items and charge the higher price, or the advertised price will suddenly not be in the system at checkout, or, you will have to HAGGLE ON EVERY SINGLE ITEM to get the advertised price. You miss any, you get charged the higher price. I am DONE WITH SAFEWAY. Today, picked up 3 dozen eggs for $4 and 10 packages of pasta for $5. Could not get my app to load in the store, not on their wi-fi and not with my cell carrier. Guess what? You don't have access to the app, you don't have access to the AMAZING prices. I just paid for the milk and left just with that. I am tired of being jerked around. Going somewhere that does not employ bait-and-switch bs tactics. Wasted my time.
