Safeway Pharmacy

This is the biggest scam in Tucson. Sale prices never work !!! I call it Scamway !!! The pharmacy told me they would not order what the Dr prescribed because they didn't sell enough . This place is a pathetic failure !!!

I had an issue with a refund today and couldn't believe the rudeness I experienced with Will in the pharmacy. I will have to assume something horrible is going on in his life with the way he interacted with me today. That's the only explanation I can come up with. The pharmacy staff including Jacob and Caitlyn were great but Will was so rude and punching in things for me on the computer screen so hard that it was moving. I will not be working with him ever again. He has no business being in a customer service role

Pharmacy staff very helpful and professional. They accepted my insurance for products that were covered by health insurance.

The worst customer service! They are so slow no matter how many people are waiting in line. 30 minutes or more. They need to hire more staff so they don't have to close in the middle of the day for lunch. And be able to open another register when the line is long. How inconvenient for their customers. Go somewhere else.

It's pretty cool that I called the pharmacy 35 minutes before they close for lunch, and proceeded to be put on hold that entire time. Didn't speak to a single person, went straight from ringing to listening to "hold" music. If I could rate less than 1 star I would.

Just walked into pick up. Since they close for lunch they wouldn't help me. Even though the gate was still upWith gas at $3.65 a gallon I drove here to pick up my scripts. Total BS. Safeway. It's time to switch. Why does everyone have to go to lunch at once. Get it together people.

I love this pharmacy. When I moved here a few years ago, I was worried I wouldn't have the same experience I had at my old place. However, I knew right off the bat I was not going to Walgreens. Safeway was the first pharmacy I tried and I love. The pharmacists and techs are amazing. I love Alethea and Nat, but all of the employees have been amazing to me. These are just the two I have the most contact with. My neighbors were having trouble getting their meds from the Other place and I recommended Safeway. They are very happy with the service as well.

Received a notification to get a Covid booster here. Scheduled an appointment. Showed up at the appointed time today and was told they haven't had the Moderna vaccine for months. Also, they never called us beforehand even though they knew in plenty of time since they hadn't had that vaccine all month. Apparently, they will call us when they have the vaccine again. Can you guess that we're not that confident in that happening? Is a very convenient place for us but their inability to provide even the basic customer service is a deep concern. Buyer beware.
