Sabino Cycles

I wanted to get into cycling and had no clue where to start and what to buy for my height and weight. So I went here to ask questions and after an hour of their time I walked out not having to buy anything and with an idea of what I wanted and what size of bike frame I needed. They didn't pressure me to buy anything they just listened and helped. I ended up purchasing a used Specialized Road bike. Since my experience was great with them I took this bike to them and after a two hour bike fitting I was ready to ride and learn a new sport. The workers are kind and only ask if you are having fun with what you are riding on and if there is something they can do to make your ride more comfortable. Their products for sale in the store come last. I repeat the workers here only care if your having fun on your bike and if your comfortable on it. They listen and make suggestions and you can feel no pressure to buy anything from them.

Wow, what a great experience coming here. Overall, Sabino Cycles has a great selection and spectacular customer service. I came in having done some research about which bike model I wanted and asked for a specific one. Mike knew exactly which one I was talking about. He got the team to bring it to me and let me ride it out back. Mike also showed me another model, but I told him I didn't want to waste his time, and that I was all set. He appreciated my transparency and the fact I had done research before coming in. Walked out with my very first E-bike.Big shout out to Mike who walked me through downloading the app, registering my bike, and even going through all the settings. He's great! ‍

This was a good try. But they didn't have my size in the Shimano Shoe I thought would work. Next delivery April 2021So keep looking.. He recommended I try Endurance bike. Larger inventory. I will go today.

I've been coming here for several years on a friend's recommendation and really can't say enough about Sabino Cycles. Sales staff and bike mechanics are all super knowledgeable and very welcoming to folks at all kinds of experience levels. This year they geared me up, got me fitted to my bike, and gave some crucial advice that helped me complete my first-ever century ride in El Tour de Tucson. Y'all are fantastic, thanks so much!

This store is, hands down, the best cycle store in Tucson. They have the largest selection of bikes and accessories but just importantly, the most friendly and professional sales and service staff in the city! I want to give a special shout out to Aidan for his help in getting my ebike set up correctly. Bring your cycle needs to Sabino or fuhgedaboutit!

Not the same level of excellence I experienced when I bought my bikes here in 2015 and 2018. Steve Wetmore and the staff he assembled back then were the best; they were careful and committed to providing excellent service. I have been in the shop for tuneups and new parts over the past two years and have been extremely disappointed. My last tuneup and chain replacement (August 2023) came to a total of $245. When I picked up my bike and put it on my car rack, I noticed that the new chain was not lubricated at all. I also asked if the mechanic took it out for a test ride after the service was done. They said YES but the odometer didn't change at all from when I dropped the bike off. In the parking lot, they hastily applied lubricant to the new chain. This didn't inspire my confidence at all. I feel the service was carelessly performed. I won't return to Sabino Cycles in the future.

I let my 13 year old tell them what he'd like done to his bike. The guys are great in how they treat him and his bike. And labor charges can be inexpensive--I know they need to make money, but I'm super happy when I get charged no more than $10 to fix something that would take me an hour and that's if I had all the right tools.
