This was my first time using the tram as I had an out-of-towner to entertain. We arrived on time, but the tram had already left... However, the workers had them stop and they drove us to meet them in a bus so no biggie. They offer earbuds so you can control the volume of the tour, which is always nice. The voiceover man has an incredibly soothing voice. We both thoroughly enjoyed the sites and the knowledge we learned. The tour was not packed at all. We had an entire row to ourselves. You can use the tram to hop on and off at different sites along the way, but it was late summer so we were just along for the ride. There's a lovely gift shop when you hop off at the very end and if you're lucky like us you may see a roadrunner catching a mouse for lunch. There is paid parking Through an app. Be sure to Tip your driver and just enjoy the great outdoors. My friend said it was her favorite part of the entire visit. 10/10 would go again, but probably at night for something different.

This is a tram tour which takes you up and around the Sabino Canyon. There are daytime and night time tours available. Night tours are only available during the summer season. My fiance and I tried out the night time tour and it was a lot of fun! The weather was perfect and it was nice not to have the sun beating down on you. The tram tour provides you with headphones to plug into their audio system and during the tour you can hear about the different area and aspects of the canyon as you ride along. Overall the night tour takes about 1.5 hours and goes to a couple stops the daytime tour doesn't go. The regular daytime tour takes about 45 minutes. I would highly recommend this tour if you want to see everything Sabino Canyon has to offer without having to hike up. Good for people with limited mobility or can't hike too far.

First time I took the Crawler several months ago there was no narration. The very polite driver stated this was a known problem and she did not know when it would be fixed. We were not informed of this when we bought our tickets. Our group discussed walking versus the tram and decided on the tram only because of the narration. Waste of money. People on the tram were very upset about paying for a service they did not receive. Last week I called the tram company to verify the tram and narration were working. I left a message but never got a return call. We then decided to drive into town for the tram. We bought tickets but did not get to use them as the tram broke down. My credit card was charged. I called the tram company but when it came time to leave a message I was disconnected. I will never ride the tram again.

This is an overly crowded, cattle car. They advertise that you can get off at the stops and then get back on another tram . They are so crowded that there is no room to do that. It is basically a boring ride thru the canyon. The driver will not answer questions and is very unfriendly. Our driver, Clint was very unhelpful and absolutely hates the public.
