Awesome experience. Michelle took my call on Christmas Eve day. Visiting from NJ and needed a power cord for my CPAP machine. They could have said see you Monday but they took the time to take care of me. Thank you so much. I know where to go next time I'm in Arizona and need help.

My mother-in-law has been trapped in the house for over two weeks due to the negligence of this company. On November 13th, we paid over $800 for a replacement battery pack, this was never sent to our home even though the check was cashed. We have spent countless hours on hold and have spent weeks riddled with anxiety attempting to make contact with this company because we have not received the two battery packs that we paid for. This fraudulent company made thanksgiving extremely stressful and today it has ruined my mother-in-laws birthday! SHE CANNOT LEAVE HER HOME UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE BATTERIES WE ARE DESPERATE. PLEASE RETURN OUR NUMEROUS CALLS AND MESSAGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION !

Worse follow up ever. Don't know why they still are in business. Even spoke with owner and he even promised to come pick up walker himself, then o'course never showed and no follow up call to reschedule. Exhausted myself on called for months and still have the walker. Don't do business with these people. Waste of time and efforts. They should be an effect service due to medical issues of the patients and don't have any compassion or concern!

I have been on oxygen now for more than five years. I have a rare condition called PAH and I will require oxygen and supplies until I die. The company here in town I dealt with for the first three years left me feeling like I wanted to die! Rx02 Bill and the whole crew have helped me far more than they know! Because they honestly have love in their hearts, they have so many times gone out of their way for me. Once I was at a friends on the other side of town, and was going to have to leave because my last bottle was nearing empty. I felt so lucky that day when they actually delivered to me three new tanks at my friends place within a couple hours! That was so far above and beyond the call of duty. I just couldn't believe it. That's just one of many thoughtful things this company has done for me! And I am far from ready to die! In fact Bill is going to help me figure out what my best options are for going to a Mexican Caribbean island off Cancun this summer! I give Rx02 the highest recommendation possible! They actually made me feel like I can do this! I've got this! My need for Oxygen is not going to slow me down! If your dealing with another supplier here in town that leaves you feeling hopeless and needy, do whatever it takes to rid yourself of them! Needed a power supply for my cpap machine mine went out and i have a older unit and i was a ways from home was on a road trip from Houston TX and i called alot of places none knew what i was talking about but bill knew exactly what i needed thank you again Bill you saved my trip.

I used to be a Dependable patient and was very sad when they closed and were subsequently bought out by RXO2. I have been on oxygen for many years and never had problems until about a year ago when I would receive threatening phone calls from a lady who said I didn't have a current order for oxygen. I told her that I contacted my doctor and that he would work with them to get the order corrected. They were unwilling to work with me and kept rejecting the order. After 3 months of back and forth I finally told my Dr. Neil Clement to send my order to another provider. I am so happy he did. I am now with Preferred Homecare and I have no threat of my equipment being taken away or repossessed. I also would like to say that my husband was recently placed in hospice and had to switch his oxygen to hospice oxygen. I was told by the hospice that RXO2 was the provider they used. I didn't want any equipment that was provided in my home from this company. I asked hospice if there was a way they could provide service but not use them they were unable to do so. They did kindly refer me to another hospice service that doesn't always do business with RXO2. I am so greatful for the wonderful service from Preferred Homecare and AMS.

Before the pandemic hit, and the shutdowns occurred, I called the company and spoke with the lady at the front desk. I asked her if they could fill a new oxygen cylinder I had purchased. She said yes, if you get a prescription from a doctor. I proceeded to jump through hoops to get one. I called her back, and she said I would need to drop the bottle off, and pick it up the same day. I live a long ways from this business, so this was rather inconvenient to make people do this. I waited approx. a week, and called back. By then, the pandemic shutdowns were in effect. She said they would call me back, when they reopened. Well, they never did. I called them and spoke with the same lady, and told her I got my dr. prescription for refilling the brand new, hydrostatic tested oxygen cylinder. She then told me that they don't refill bottles, except the ones they sell. I worked for 25 years as an active EMT, and find this to be rude of a company to do this.
