Great selection of ceramic and glassware. Staff was helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable. Though you can find similar items around town at a lower price, the quality may not be the same. This is on our list of places to browse any time we are in town.

I have shopped here for over 20 years! It is my go to place when I am looking for something unique and excellent quality. I can't tell you the number of fabulous finds I have picked up over the course of time. Will be going there this Friday

I loved visiting this shop and was charmed from the moment I walked in. Such friendly service and beautiful things. Great place if you're looking for decor with the flavors of Mexico.

Pretty store with friendly sales people. However very disappointing service. After being assured a vase could be securely shipped to NY I spent $1,300 on a ceramic vase. They recommended the shippers Pakmail Tucson. Big mistake. It arrived in pieces, depsite me paying over $300 for a wooden crate and insurance. Pakmail accept no responsibility and have not honoured the insurance. Initially Roberto at Rustica was sympathetic but there's been no follow up. Basically no accountability, no trust. Clearly only interested in taking money from visitors with no sense of responsibility nor care.

Friendly owner and staff. High quality imported furniture. Highly recommend a visit to this store.

Looking for unique furniture, knick-knacks, or dishes with a Mexican style? Then this place is perfect. We come here for home decorating items and have gotten some beautiful hand painted outlet plates, dishes, and soap dispensers. They also carry a variety of gorgeous handmade furniture. Usually these tuny touches are what our guests seem to notice aroudn the house and helps make our ticky-tacky house a unique home..

Tourists AND locals beware of this shop. Throughout our shopping experience they continued to raise the prices of items we had at the counter ready to buy. As we continued to look at a couple other pieces, the woman working walked over to the man (Domingo) working and said "they'll buy anything, don't lower prices".

...Having lived in Mexico City for over 25 years, I can wholeheartedly tell you that Rustica has the finest and most unique ceramic found only in Mexico's finest shops. Extraordinary experience to walk through and just admire the handcrafted wood pieces, talavera and 'hojalata'.........after leaving the store I almost feel I journeyed back to San Angel!......Rustica is defintely one of my favorite stores anywhere....be prepared to be wowed!
