What a great store! There is a large variety of items. When my friends and I visited, we were hat shopping. There were two ladies working here that provided the best experience we could ask for. They were friendly, helpful and fun. I highly recommend a stop in here whenever you are in Tombstone.

The guy at counter, an older guy with glasses and a goatee, completely ignored me the two times that I said, "Excuse me sir, are we able to add strings to the hats?" I guess he was too worried about whether or not one of the other customers was going to steal something because he kept staring in the direction that most of them were standing....Its a shame he ignored me because there was a nice $65 dollar hat I wanted, oh well guess I will have to settle for the one I bought down the street.

I bought my first authentic hat here so of course I wasn't knowledgeable on how to take care of them. The lady who helped me pick mine out told me just 2 things - never set it down on its bottom and always clean it with this special dry sponge. Okay, great, got it. Never would I have expected these hats to be literally damaged by the sun and melt out of shape permanently. If you buy a hat here you must keep it in a cold place at all times. I don't suggest wearing it outside, because obviously they're not meant to be worn outdoors as long as the sun is out. Good luck taking it home too, because it will melt in your car even with the AC on full cold blast. Covering it with anything won't help either. J don't understand how you're supposed to manage these hats and I don't understand what I'm doing wrong? Literally no matter what I do to try to keep this hat safe it just gets damaged. I can't wear it outside without welting downwards out of shape. I'm really disappointed.
