In all my years (60) of automotive buying and selling cars ROYAL AUTOMOTIVE & BUICK dealership on 22nd st Tucson is the worst. They don't give you anything for your your trade, They want to steal it. I don' know how they can sleep at night. Pure slime ballsI had my car listed on Craigslist. Out of the blue, Royal called asking about the car. We discussed price and based upon that I was to take the car to the dealership for evaluation. To do this I had to have my wife follow me to the dealership. Going back and forth would be over 100 miles. Get to the dealership, they do an evaluation. WOW, they offered $8000 less than what was discussed on the phone. I was immediately ticked off and left them immediately. End of story (Note; they did not find anything wrong with my vehicle)Obviously I cannot recommend this dealership - STAY AWAY

It would be helpful to post that you cannot schedule a service adjustment prior to 9AM. Your website should restrict someone from scheduling at 8AM for this service.

This has to be the worst most criminal irresponsible service dept in Tucson. Three major issues with them. Shame on me for going back. The car dealership is excellent. Whoever is leading that Dept needs to take over the service department. Serious issues in the back. I just paid off a car and pick up I bought from Royal. Had 30000.00 to buy another today but wanted to see how they would handle my current service issue. They broke a part of my interior at last service. I keep my car in great shape. They lied and would not take respinsibility. This place is so unprofessional. Very sad because I love the dealership but I cannot trust the service department. so incompetent. I will take my money elsewhere and search for a dealership that has a service department I can trust.

Our car was totaled and taken into this company. They stayed on top of the progress and worked with us closely to ensure that the situation was handled. They worked with us and the insurance company and went above and beyond the call of duty. Wonderful, helpful staff! They are amazing!
