Rosebud Bakery

Overall such a fantastic experience. Quick service, exceptional baked goods, and best espresso in my area. Nice, clean modern vibe with very sweet individuals working behind the counter. We are very blessed to have Rosebud on the block!

I requested my wife via text to stop by a bakery and grab me something when coming back from the farmers market. She did a search and took a chance on this bakery. She brought me a chocolate croissant and a lemon/blueberry bun. All I have to say is WOW! This is so good. The croissant was slightly warm and flakey with gooey chocolate inside. The bun was soft and had a great balance of lemon and blueberry. She also grabbed a loaf of sourdough bread which I am looking forward to eating. I am a fan. We will be back! Such a nice find as a new transplant to the Tucson area.Sorry, no photos. I gobbled up the pastries very quickly.

Great pastries service in the five points neighborhood. Great coffee too. Lemon olive oil cake with a stand out.

Piloncillo syrup latte was perfect. Chai latte was good, they use the Maya Tea concentrate which is pretty sweet. Tried the apple hand pie which was very tasty. Definitely want to try more pastries in the future

So excited to find this space. I have many weaknesses - freshly made pastries and bread is one of them coupled with good caffeine- and Rosebud does both deliciously well. My cardamom latte was perfectly balanced and I savored every last drip of foam! Not a lot of seating... but cute space and friendly staff.

I went there looking for some good sourdough bread. A friend had recently tried their focaccia at the MSA Annex farmers market and raved about it. Their bread of the day was a WW sourdough w olives. I got a cold brew-best I've tasted in Tucson-and a chocolate croissant-also the best I've had - and it was homemade. No frozen croissant dough here. The work at the counter was so friendly and helpful, honestly I found a new favorite weekend hangout. I just hope my waistline can take it because there were many other treats that looked enticing, from cookies to brownies, to a muffin or cupcake w icing and scones. Also savory treats.

Cute and cozy. Nice addition to the 5 Points area. It was a steady stream of customers on Saturday morning. While not a big assortment of bakery items, they were fresh and delicious. I had the olive focaccia and a chocolate brownie made with rye. There is limited seating inside and some tables outside. They also have loaves of bread. I'll stop by again when I'm in the area.

Cute little bakery that was recommended to us for a quick pastry and coffee post dinner. Although they were out of pastries (it was late in the day) , i thoroughly enjoyed my seasonal iced latte and my mother appreciated that they took the time to brew a fresh hot coffee for her. Very sleek and chic design outside and inside, colorful but clean. We grabbed a loaf of bread as well.. felt good and crusty on the outside but soft on the inside. Found out the owner was behind the counter and she was very pleasant, patient and efficient ! Very good first experience that definitely makes me want to go back for a pastry !

This new little bakery is such a gem! Lots of natural light with all the windows. It was pretty busy when I was there. The service was super quick and friendly. They did a great job explaining what ingredients were in some pastries I asked about. I ordered the plum frangipane brioche bun, a sourdough loaf and a sea salt chocolate chip cookie. All were AMAZING! I also got an iced honey lavender latte which was delicious. And the prices are very reasonable. This place is great!

Rosebud bakery is a hidden jewel near Five Points. Their lattes are simply delicious and their pastries are beyond excellent!!! I spent a month in Hells Kitchen in NYC over the Christmas season, and I had some great coffee and treats, but the ladies at Rosebud are serving up equally wonderful coffee culture, right here in the Old Pueblo! Creative, delicious, local... you can't get better than that!
