Breaking in the new PSE with some practice arrows in my backyard.

I visited the shop to get my son's youth bow tuned and increase the poundage. We're fairly new to archery, with 2-3 years of experience, and I made it clear that I'm a novice. Unfortunately, the experience was far from welcoming. A woman sat at the corner of the display bench the entire time, watching us and shouting orders without offering any genuine help. It felt uncomfortable and uninviting. The pricing of the arrows was also confusing. When I asked the owner about finding better deals, he initially seemed defensive rather than helpful. Later, he started explaining the pricing, but by that point, I was already upset with how the visit was going. If he had taken the time to make me feel like a valued and worthy customer, I would have been much more open to hearing what he had to say. I gave them multiple chances to win my business, but the overall attitude, lack of guidance, and unwelcoming atmosphere left me disappointed.

If you bring your bow into this shop for maintenance and appreciate accurate turnaround estimates and follow through, I hope your experience is better than mine. Upon dropping off my bow, I asked if it would be ready the week before my HAM hunt. I'm an intermediate bow hunter who sometimes goes a year or two between archery hunts, so I wanted to make sure I had time to dust off the cobwebs and make an ethical shot. Understanding I was requesting a quick turnaround and the string and cable were in at least half decent shape, I said it wasn't a problem if they couldn't make that deadline, and I'd bring it in after the hunt for the elective maintenance. They confidently said they'd make it happen, so I left it with them. The shop was unexpectedly closed when I called on the Saturday before my hunt as the staff was "in Vegas for a tournament". Called back when the shop reopened on the following Monday and was told the bow would be ready the day before my hunt's opening day. When I picked it up the day before opening day, I found out it was done two days before. Shop claimed to have called to notify me, but I received no call or voicemail. Customers seem generally pleased with this shop when purchasing one of their bows, but seems like they miss more than hit when it comes to maintenance and communication. Glad to be getting out for a handgun hunt, but would have preferred the archery hunt I'd been looking forward to and planning for.

Really like this shop, everyone is really helpful and friendly even to a beginner with a lot of "dumb" questions. After getting my first compound bow they quickly helped me get my bow dialed in and answered an onslaught of amateur questions for me. I've been back a few times now and they are always very helpful and happy to make small adjustments on my bow as needed. This family owned and operated business is a real Tucson gem. The prices are reasonable and the people are knowledgeable and friendly, I'd recommend this shop to anyone looking for archery supplies or information.

One of my favorite new places, Family Owned and Operated Local Small Business that supports the community with an indoor archery range and excellent Archery Training (Larry - Is GREAT!) I hadn't shot a bow in over 20 years and the owner Tom recommended I take a lesson before shooting my new bow setup, I'm VERY GLAD I listened to his sage advice! Larry had me shooting in the target within minutes. Such a great shop and all the customers are real good people!

This has been my bow shop for 2 years and they have just gone down hill. After having my own experience and reading the reviews, this shop is just bad and lies constantly. I dropped off a bow to be restrung and was told it would be ready in 1-2 weeks. I was totally fine with that.Come 2 weeks later I call since I have not heard anything. A man answers the phone and tells me it is gonna be another week to restring a bow that is not mine. I tell him the correct bow and he falls silent and about 10 seconds later clearly finds my bow and gives me the same timeline. After that week goes by I call again and the same employee answers and again tells me that a bow that is not mine is the next bow up to be restrung. I told him again what my bow was and he said it would be the next bow they do. I asked him when I should come pick it up and he says a week again!!!! Flash forward another week and I was waiting for a phone call and never received one. I called into the shop and they told me my bow had been done for a few days. This was an awful experience and we I tried to talk to one of the owners at the shop she flat out didn't care. Bad bow shop. Go elsewhere, they don't care

Went I. Today to pick a bow up that should've been ready. The workers wereLost. Couldn't find the bow. Nothing had been done. Said the worker who would have worked on, it is out of town for a week. Poor customer service at the upmost. Took the boat to sticks on Craycroft. Cannot tell you enough how much the customer service was better.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I had a bad experience with this place. I am a beginner to archery and was treated very poorly. The gentleman here was laughing at me and belittling when I had questions about my bow. I decided to leave and take my business somewhere else that wasn't too busy to help me with my bow. Overpriced service and unwillingness to be professional lost a customer. Went to another archery shop instead.

Had the pleasure of walking into Robinson Archery yesterday for a simple repair on a serving knot that came undone from a different bow shop. The people were friendly and knowledgeable and the service was unmatched, super please and would love to take my bow back to them but they are very far out from me almost a 50 minute drive one way.
