I got some flowers delivered from my husband, I was disappointed in the flowers. They were a little wilted and no food included to treat them with. My husband (who is out of town) sent me a picture of what he purchased and they are NOTHING like the picture...not even the same color flowers except for the roses, the other flowers were not even the same type of flowers. I told him next time to just order from Costco and have them shipped to me in a box. More for what he paid and will get WHAT he paid for. $50 for a bridesmaid bouquet??? I think not!!!

I used these guys recently and was very pleased with the service. Similarly, my friend who received the flowers was very pleased with the quality of the flowers that he received.

Did not deliver as promised even though I called and informed of locations shift!!I am a Military member stationed in San Diego and have been serving for over 22 years now. My Mom's birthday is June 5th and I placed an order for delivery to her work on the 5th at the Treasury office. When I called my Mom at 0650 in the morning to wish her a happy birthday I found out she was not going to be at work. I called the florist immediately after they opened for the day and explained the situation and informed the woman I spoke to that I am stationed in San Diego, that it was a surprise, and that she lived out on Frontier road. She said in McNeal to which I replied no she is barely off Double Adobe road on frontier about 8-10 miles outside of Bisbee. She told me she would take care of it. I asked if she need to charge me additional for the delivery and she said no I will take care of it. She asked for her phone number and mine and I told her that it was a surprise and if a problem arose to contact me and I would change the delivery etc..At 2 pm she called my Mom and wanted her to meet her halfway in Double Adobe and my Mom told her she did not live that far out and was actually closer to Bisbee than that. Then she was told that 2 deliveries to Sierra Vista were ahead of her. My Mom then asked about the delivery charge and was told I only paid to the treasurers office.So The facts are:1. Did not deliver on her birthday as promised.2. Did not want to charge me more for the delievry yet stated that is the reason i wouldn't happen.3. Ruined the surprise by not following the customers instructions4. Never contacted me about the change ($3.50 increase) that I told her I would pay but she refused.5. Still has never contacted meThis was a blatant disregard for customer concerns, instructions and poor customer service.Do Not use them, I will get my brother to buy flowers at Safeway before I use them again.

NOT AN FTD AFFILIATE AS IT SAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.I ordered from their website directly, thinking they were an approved FTD florist based on the logo on their site. After my flowers weren't delivered to my friend (and no call, no email saying there was a problem), I tried to call them and the number on the website went to a prerecorded voicemail box saying I'd reached a number I didn't even call. Then I tried FTD directly who told me this business is falsely saying they are an FTD florist. Great. I cancelled the charge on my credit card and I hope no one else has to go through what I did. If only I'd looked on Yelp first I would have seen everyone else's reviews who had the same issue. Lesson learned.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My BF, overseas, bought flowers from their web site and requested a specific delivery day. Not only wasn't it done, they never delivered at all, nor contacted him back to tell him. He emailed several times, and got no response. He finally had to tell me about it, and after arguing with them, I had to go in person to pick up my very own, very low-quality bouquet. Worst of all, the woman acted like it was our fault, and wasn't going to refund the delivery fee even tho I had to pick the flowers up!

Did not deliver. Stated that order was rejected but they never bothered to inform me. I used the website. Wanted to keep money local, big mistake. Lady on the phone was short and rude. Will never use them again

After reading the bad reviews for this business, I was a bit afraid to order from them. But there was no other choice if I wanted same day service. I needed flowers sent immediately to a dying friend, and Roadrunner really came through for me. They did an awesome job, and the flowers and our message were delivered perfectly. Thank you Roadrunner!

I have used this florist several times and have always had perfect results. They have gone out of their way to ensure wonderful customer service. I even gave them the wrong address and they continued with the delivery. I live out of the area but they still gave me 5 Star service. The flowers were beautiful and were received with great affection. Give these people a chance, they have always treated me well.J. Mark Collins

I would give a 0 if I could! Ordered flowers for my MIL bday 24 hours in advance of delivery. Did not call me to tell me they did not deliver to that area even though the FTD website directs me to them for it. I also received an email confirmation for the order. Flowers were never delivered. My credit card was charged. I called the day after when I found out. They have been pushing me off and now will not answer their phone so I can get my credit card refunded. Have spent over 3 hours calling and waiting on line at FTD which said I had to deal with them directly. Will not deal with customer service issues at all nor find a positive alternative. NOT refunding my money.

Terrible Service! I thought I was doing the right thing by supporting a local small business. Not only were my flowers not delivered but they charged my card. They had the right address and all the phone #'s, when I found out they were not delivered I called and was told they would look into it and call me back! No gee we are sorry we'll credit your card and send flowers right over ( they are less than 1/2 miles away ) nothing! Use Pro Flowers or any other service you wont be happy here.
