I rented a bike for El Tour de Tucson from Roadrunner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating in delivery and pick up. Everything went very smooth. 3rd year in a row I've rented from them and I'll be back next year, great service and value!

Roadrunner Bicycles did me a solid. The Giant Contend AR1 was PERFECT. They allowed me to use my pedals and put a rack on for my road gear. Nigel took time to really guide me through the rental process and ensure that I got the right bike with the right setup for my needs. Elliot delivered my bike to me and helped me fine tune it to my specifications before he left. I did two pretty decent rides in the Tucson area and the bike never missed a beat. For solid gear, incredible customer service, and genuinely great people to work with I can't recommend Roadrunner highly enough.

I'm from out of town and wanted to rent a bike for the loop. Got a good quality Giant brand bike in my size with a 105 groupset for a very reasonable price.Talked to 3 different employees there and all were nice, helpful and knowledgable. Would reccomend to anyone.

Can't beat the: physical location, fair/competitive prices & personal attention! This owner FAR out-performs the 'competitor' (we use that term loosely'!) for bike rentals!!! (We do NOT recommend the bike rental company that has NO store front presence & functions by text/'AI' only!)We are serious life-long cyclists that needed a hybrid while in Tucson (1 of ours got decimated when our Thule bike rack failed en route!) and Road Runner was EASY to rent from! Choose this company for sure!

Roadrunner Bicycles is the best bike shop ever! I am in a wheelchair and I have only been in Tucson a couple of years but these guys have come to my rescue probably at least a dozen times! They are so kind and helpful and very affordable. They go way beyond the call of duty and I would not take my wheelchair flats anywhere else!Thank you Roadrunner Bicycles! You rock!

Rented a bike for the weekend and got great suggestions for routes, which I ended up taking. I believe Elliot helped me both check out the bike as well as check back in, even taking me after business hours on a Sunday. I was contemplating renting a bike travel carrier but for convenience Roadrunner Bikes can't be beat!I went to Oro Valley (40 mile drive) then the full Tucson Loop (50+ mi) Sunday and loved it, so awesome riding by cactus through the desert!
