I went in today to get a chip repaired in our almost new vehicle before the small crack could cross the entire windshield. Not sure whether it was caused by one of Tucson's many cluttered roadways or the usual excessive speed of most drivers. In any case, Shane did the repair and he did an admirable job. He took his time and fixed it properly. Our prior repair on another vehicle at a competitor was done by an amateur in comparison. Should you need a repair or replacement, remember Shane.

I have had small chips in my windshield for a while and recently one of the chips starting to cause a large crack to appear. My insurance company recommended Roadrunner, saying they could come to me anywhere.I left a message before 8am and they called back within 10 minutes. Jody was very helpful in working with the insurance company and answering my questions about what kind of work space they need, as my office parking lot is very small and narrow and street parking is not an option. We were able to set an appointment for the next day.The technician called me when on way, and was very pleasant. He had the glass changed out in an hour, and even moved over all the parking decals I had on my old shield, including some old ones from when I lived in Miami that I kept on because I like to pretend I still live in Miami. So that was great.I didn't have to pay anything, as all covered by insurance, and they took care of it all. I hope not to need services again, but if I do I will be calling them

Roadrunner Auto Glass not only repairs and replaces auto glass. They also tint automobile windows and windows on businesses and homes. They are reliable, reasonable and locally owned. They also donate part of the income to local charities.

These guys are a very knowledgeable and have great customer service. They do a bunch of different services and were able to calibrate the sensors after I messed my car up.

Roadrunner did a fabulous job installing window tint at my office! The lobby area faces south, and the sun was really heating things up. The window tint allows us to see out, but greatly reduced the heat factor. Looks great and saves us money on our electric bill! Excellent price, too!

Wanted to give a shout out to Roadrunner for hiring an independent Contractor as a auto glass installer, named RYAN!!!!Best Customer Service ever! Not only was he a very nice person, he was prompt, professional and he saved me time at the Ford Dealership by replacing the pieces on either side of the windshield that have been recalled. I was rescheduled twice and it's still not right! I have now lost 2 days of wages due to Appointment #1 not sending tinted glass that was clearly requested and discussed at original consult on phone. Tech offered to see if their company would ask for dealer glass. State Farm denied. No problem as I didn't honestly know there was a difference until he educated me. Appointment #2 the windshield appeared to be used, complete with chipped glass, adhesive and dirt around edges from prior placement and horrifically contoured tinting. The tech confirmed my findings, marked spots on his own with his blue tape, said "they probably didn't use a straight edge", and said "you deserve to be happy". Spoke with owner on phone who was extremely unapologetic, condescending, offered no resolution, nor apology. Far from the exemplary customer care that they tout in their advertisements. Meh, no five star here.
