This was the bum rig that someone put in cheap. See that hole? Yeah that's not supposed to be there (face palm).
These guys have been around for a long time in Tucson. If you need AC work done these guys are a good bet.

I've used them twice for repairs. i gave them a shot when the whole AC system needed replacement. DISGUSTINGLY high estimate was $6000-7000 over the top. they spend 2-3 hours in your home getting to know you..... while wasting time measuring windows, duct work, room size. UNNECESSARY! Just read the tonnage requirements from the old unit.....the home's needs have already been determined. Their sales department seems to only care about their commissions! Heating/cooling companies don't build the units, they only install them. They lost my respect and my business, but they earned my negative review! Also, I used to be a contractor so i saw through their tactics immediately.

After my review, Aaron, their Sewer Team Manager reached out and returned to make the situation right. Turns out it was a quick fix with a plunger. I would highly recommend working with Aaron, we previously worked with him when he owned Southern Arizona Plumbing. He does great work and tries to find a solution. However, it is worth mentioning, I was originally presented 3 options for the job when a technician visited last week: $225 (Drill Snake), $875 (Iron Milling) and $2,057 (Tub P-Trap and Overflow Replacement). The original technician didn't try to plunge the drain before trying to sell other solutions. Overall, I think your experience with RiteWay will depend on who you are working with.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. My AC wasn't working and so I requested a technician, however a sales person showed up, did not perform a diagnostics, used a different company's diagnostic as determination, also, this is an insurance claim and so he also hid the fact that the company does not work with insurance. He kept pushing to say that insurance won't pay out, etc, etc. I had instructed him to call the insurance company to get an authorization for it, which he or the company also did not do. The manager informed me a couple of days later that they don't work with insurance companies. Now, I'm stuck with a 10K bill for a new HVAC. All of this so they can get my business. Their install was also sub-par, left all of the copper tuning and wiring exposed instead of burying underground. Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company.

Rite way came out and serviced my water softener system and my reverse osmosis system. They were punctual. Their prices were extremely competitive. The gentleman was knowledgeable, answered all our questions and he was efficient and quick. I will be calling them again for my next project.

Our heating/ac unit was regularly needing repairs, so we called rite-way for help after 2 weeks with no heat. During the inspection it became clear to us that we needed a new unit. The next day a Project Manager, Bill Grant, came to give us an estimate. He presented the options that would work for us. At no time did I feel pressured, or that he was try to upsell. He listened to our needs and answered all the questions we had. After we agreed to purchase an new unit he asked when we needed it installed. I told him before it got cold. The install crew can 2 days later. Again we were greatly impressed by the quality of the work which was done in about 6 hours. Rire-Way is an outstanding company that I highly recommend.

11/3/24: I AM NO LONGER USING RITEWAY, after being a customer for years. The last 3 people that came out were horrible. They didn't clean out much of anything. One guy came at dark and spent 45 minutes on a 2 hour job. Each one tried to sell me refrigerant, new surge protectors, blower motor cleaning, and now a whole new ac system. The last one from RITEWAY claimed a mouse chewed through wires, yet I paid someone from another company to check and he found no evidence of it. And the last Riteway guy didn't even clean my filters. SEE PHOTOS. I paid someone else to re-do what RITEWAY should have done. I've canceled my maintenance plan with them, because it's a waste of money. In addition, they offered a free drain snake for pipes. Sometime after 6 pm, the guy let me know he was on his way. I told him not to bother. (They had canceled on me the day before. )

I just had a disturbing interaction with a rite way technician following me home after almost hitting me in traffic. As a woman especially, this felt incredibly threatening and unsafe. I know I will be calling someone else for my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs from now on after this. I reached out to rite way via chat and was told they couldn't escalate the issue to management, so I am posting here. The gentleman turned into traffic without having the right of way, and cut off my partner who was making a left hand turn. My partner honked because it was clear the gentleman did not see us and we were trying to avoid a collision. The technician then proceeded to follow us to our apartment complex and confront us as we got out of our car to go into our home. I did not get the gentleman's name, but this happened at just after 8am near Ina and Shannon. I assume he was starting his day and that you all can identify who this was. He clearly needs retraining regarding appropriate conduct - especially when in a company vehicle.
