This place is very unprofessional. I would recommend taking your business literally ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Honesty and Ethics go a long way and unfortunately, you will find neither here. We vacated our unit and notified the office, we were subsequently charged on the 24th for the next month, even though we had already moved out and swept the unit clean. When management was notified we were told they would not be issuing a refund, as a 10 day vacate notice is required. So after vacating on the 21st. This crooked company feels charging an entire months rent for the two days remaining into Feb. for what would encompass the ten day notice is somehow fair? Rational? Or ethical in the slightest. I offered to pay a prorated fee for the two days and was told "sorry we don't do that" so if anyone would like to use a unit free of charge for a month please reach out! It's yours, although I wouldn't trust my property to this circus ever again!! I will continue spreading this info on every avail platform I can find.....you people should be ashamed of your selves. What a horrible practice.

I rented a truck for one day and the guy at the counter told me that I needed to return the truck the same time on Sunday (9:30 am) or I will be charged another day.I tried to return the truck the same day and they were closed. The guy working there, who lives upstairs, came down and told me that I can leave the truck, but then told me there is no after hours drop off because of abuse. So, I drove home and returned at 9:15 am on Sunday to find out that they don't open until 10am. I noticed a sign on the front window that had a checklist for after hours drop offs and there was a drop box for keys. So he lied to me too. The truck had more gas than when I rented it.They charged me for 2 days, then they charged me 2 other times after that, in addition to what I already paid, which made me overdraft and receive over draft fees.When my wife went to the place to resolve the issue, they told her that they couldn't help her. I do not want to short anyone, but I do not want to pay what I did not receive. I used the truck for one day and now they are making me pay for 2? Or 3?? They advertise $29 a day and I somehow accrued almost $220 for a half day.I will never step foot in this place again.

Worst rental experience ever. Very poor service. Mileage and fuel had to be corrected on the contract. Took the truck back and would not talk to me at time. Said they would send invoice by email. email came after closing. I drove the truck 51 miles and put 17.5 gallons of gas in it and gas gauge would sill not read same as start. They put another 9 gallons in it and charged me $34.00. That is 26.5 gallons for 51 miles. They only go by what gas gauge says nothing else. Either the truck gets less than 2 miles per gallon or they are ripping me off. They say they don't know or care how much mileage the truck gets. They are a total rip off. Do not do business with them they will steal from you.I should have checked yelp first.

This was stupid. I rented a truck to go 10 miles to move a few large pieces of furniture locally. The rental was no trouble--the woman who processed it was very professional and courteous. But the return was a nightmare. I had driven the truck (a 10-footer) exactly 10 miles, but it took almost 3 gallons to refill. When I returned it, I pointed out the discrepancy, thinking it was no big deal. Then some other employee (a man) came from out back and barked at me, "Did you check the gauge?!" I was taken aback by his aggression and snapped back, "Don't put this on me." He pointed to a sign that said they can refuse to serve anyone. I was livid! He then threatened to call the police! Is this their idea of customer service? I asked them to close out my bill so I could leave. While they did that I diffused the situation, but said it was remarkable that they assumed it was my fault. They told me they get people trying to pull stuff over them all the time. But I had driven it just 10 miles! What could I possibly be trying to pull? I'm sure these are nice people normally, but they're pre-cocked in the aggressive position.

Do yourself a favor steer clear. Piss poor customer service. Person on the phone had an attitude problem because U-Haul made a mistake. But yet there a U-Haul dealer. I returned the truck to a much better place just a few minutes away.
