I love these folks. I drive a 40 year old truck, and am not patient enough to be mechanically inclined, so I needed to find someone who can work on older vehicles like this. She's too young to be a classic car, but too old for most shops to take on- there's no computer to plug into. It's really hard to find someone who is comfortable and confident and competent working on older vehicles- I'm so grateful to the folks at RRA&T for taking such good care of my baby! One would expect high labor rates since some detective work is needed to fine the source of some issues, but their work is always reasonably priced. I am very happy with the services my baby and I received here, and we will keep coming back until we can't!

They changed the air filter within just minutes and the cost was very very reasonable. I was actually shocked at how fast and efficient they were. It was a pleasant surprise!

They have always been super nice and easy to work with. I think it's super odd that they don't offer appointments for any service. You have to leave your car there all day. I don't mind that but I hope they take time to do each vehicle rather then get them in and out quickly since they appear to be busy.

Friendly and professional, took my car in for oil change and basic tune up and was very happy. Love my previous mechanic (Art's Pit Stop) but since moving to Rita Ranch it's no longer convenient to get service there. R R auto and tire was recommended by a friend and I'll definitely be returning for future service. Pricing is very reasonable and they didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary.

Took my car in for a check engine light. Determined it was emissions, found the leak, and had everything repaired by later the same day. And it didn't break the bank. I would take my car back for repairs from them again.

If you shop around a bit, you can get a slightly lower price. But, these guys are honest and fix things right. The service is excellent, the waiting room is very nice (cable TV, leather sofas, magazines and free coffee) and it's in a great location. I use a couple different mechanics/shops. This one is on my list of favorites.

They are honest and did an amazing job fixing my truck. And when it wasn't quite fixed no hesitation they took it in and repaired it. Only shop I have trust in. Great workers doing a great job and explained everything about repairs.
