Had them fix a Carvana mess on my BMW X3- Rick and Cassandra were just amazing to deal with. The quality of the work speaks for itself, it was done right, my car was presented to me in spotless condition having been detailed and I couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome. High 5 to them; they display integrity, attention to detail and instill immense trust by doing the right thing for their customers!

I simply cannot say enough about the integrity of this business. From the minute I called until the time I've had my car repaired, the communication and quality of service was above and beyond. Cassandra truly knows how to run a communicative office. She helped me maneuver the ins and outs of the insurance company, and made sure that the car was fixed properly and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this business and the quality of work is also above and beyond. My car looks brand new -- thanks to Rick the owner -- and I couldn't ask for anything more. Once again, I highly recommend this business if you ever need them. This is the second time I've used this company, and even though I hope I never have to again I certainly will if the situation arises.

Where do we start? I would call this white glove treatment ! Cassandra greeted us; gave us reassurances and became our interface to the offender's insurance company. I had been rear-ended while stopped at a street light. Damage didn't look terrible - but, there was more than damage than initially obvious. The insurance company wanted to get off with a minimum payment, but Cassandra provided extra photos and information -- the result: all work was covered. Then it was time to pick up the car -- WOW ! It looks new (with all Original Manufacturer's parts) -- they even detailed the car to perfection. All work was meticulous. I hope you never need their services, but if you have damage to a car, be sure you remember Rick's Collision and Refinishing !

When my Honda CRV required repairs, I called Rick's, sent photos, and had an estimate in short order. Certain Honda CRV parts are a rare commodity, however, Casandra (through many phone calls) managed to find a solution. Throughout the process, they provided regular updates, completed the work thoroughly, and offered excellent customer service - a refreshing experience in this day and age. I was so impressed that I'd almost consider staging an "accidental" incident just to engage with their team again.

Everything about my experience with Ricks was amazing. Cassandra is beyond helpful, she made the whole process of getting my car repaired seamless and pleasant. She not only helped me by taking care of all the insurance stuff but she also made getting into a rental car hassle free. They are not only efficient and friendly at Ricks, but the Quality of the Workmanship was truly remarkable. My car looked beautiful when I got there to pick it up. I have a 2020 Camry that was backed into by a friend's car that ended up leaving a huge dent in the driver's side passenger door, which became an eye sore quickly and was annoying to open and close as it became having to slam it in order to close it all the way. Rick and his team really took the time to get a new door to replace the old and even coat it the same color as the original paint, while they painted and buffed out some little chips on the driver door and near the passenger tire. Honestly was shocked to see my car look like the day I got it, with no trace of there ever being a giant dent in it before. Definitely impressed and appreciate the staff for not only making it look like nothing happened, but also keeping me updated the whole time it was in shop. 10/10 recommend.
