This used to be my go to store, but now it just doesn't carry anything I need. Changed from DaVinci to Torani syrups. Freezer has melted ice cream. No espresso during the gem show. I was asked once how they could get more of my business... lolHave what I need in stock?

I came here with some friends to help purchase some items for their snack bar. It is a typical warehouse environment, akin to Costco or Sam's Club. It is not open to the public though. It is exclusively caters to licensed business owners.There are a large number of items available here. You can get food, silverware, towels, soap, etc., You name it, they probably have it. The prices are hit and miss. Some items are cheaper at Costco and Sam's Club, so be sure to do some price checks. Other items, like pizza boxes and silverware, cannot be bought anywhere else, which makes this a must stop for restaurant owners. The customer service here is OK. A few people dropped by to ask me if I needed help with anything. I also hear that the forklift drivers are more than willing to obtain items from the shelves when needed. I did however report a spill in one of the aisles, only to return 15 minutes later to find it still there and no wet floor sign.

I absolutely avoid shopping here for our business, but it's nearly the only option in case of emergency. Wait time to check out is excruciating most of the time, even if you're the only customer or one of two or three. The employees charged with the final phase of checkout are sullen a lot of the time. AND you'll let the loooongest receipt you'll receive the entire year. In the interest of giving credit where credit is due, their employees are mostly on time ready to work, mostly friendly and pricing is comparable and at times cheaper than similar distributors and wholesalers. I would almost be embarrassed to say I worked here if I was part of the front of their house. No use complaining though. It's main office is in Osaka.

I was so happy to see that I could order from this location on Instacart. I first noticed a grocery ad on Flipp.com. So last Friday I sent a shopper to your location. Unfortunately, I ordered 16 items, half the items that you listed as "in-stock" where not available in the store, mostly seafood and frozen stuff. The shopper did ask for assistance and someone did help her. The remaining half of my order was delivered, very quality product just as listed and at a good price. I would ask that you update you Instacart to show what you really have in stock, it will make for a better experience. I will definitely order from you again, and hopefully get more of my items.

Don't buy the meats or meat products they put on sales. They call it "opportunity sales". Their "opportunity sales" meat is basically rotten meat. It not just near the due date, but actually rotten. BEWARE DO NOT BUY ANY "opportunity sales".

Was there to pickup bulk items for my concession business they had what I needed in stock didn't have to go to another food service company for product prices are comparable to other businesses

First time here, no one is willing to help you find something, workers at Walmart have more customer service. The employees here are rude and unhelpful.
