Tripped across this food tent among several dozen during the one-day-only Made In Tucson local art/wares fest, late November. For once, Indian Fry Bread at reasonable prices (not like the vendors at the 4th Ave Street Fair). The staff is super friendly and deliver orders reasonably quickly (in less than 10 minutes, despite moderately long line). The fry bread is freshly fried and of medium-large size (about 8-9 inches in diameter). The red chili was quite good, if a tiny bit runny, so be sure to grab plenty of napkins and don't try to eat this walking or driving, Lol. The hostess who took my order said they also stake out Casa Video on certain evenings.

Stopped here with our big family crew and it was heaven. The food is amazing and the women who run the truck were the sweetest!

Cool food stand offering Native American fry bread. I believe they said they're Tohono O'odham Native members. The service was fast and friendly. The frybread was light and crispy. Definitely check them out for great food. They travel around but I caught them at Casa Video that night.
