Redman Power Chair

I don't know where to begin with how much we love our Redman power chair. If you are thinking of buying one but are only looking at the price tag, you are being myopic. This chair is a life changer, a mood enhancer, a life extender. It's like your smartphone. Could you ever go back to life without a smartphone? My mom could never go back to a traditional chair. The benefits are immeasurable. My mom was In her Early sixties when she fell and damaged C6 through C9. This chair allows her to stretch her legs, to do normal everyday activities, To reduce the chances of blood clots, to reduce the chances of osteoporosis, and the amazing feeling of standing. When she goes a day without the redman, she can feel it in the back side of her body. We have had it for 5 years now with only minor repairs needed. Battery replacement. A battery clip that went bad. Redman Power Chair have been good to work with. They have paid attention to our needs and have gone the extra mile to make sure that they have been met. The quality of their product has been first class, and is why we have purchased a chair from 3 times in the last 16 years. Over that time we have learned that they have paid attention to our suggestions and have incorporated many of them in their current product. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new power wheelchair.

The customer service department at Redman(Especially Paula Margaret) has been very helpful to me. When I had questions about the computer, she sent me videos to show me exactly how to solve my issue. When we needed to find a serial number, she told me exactly where to look. They have also been flexible. When I said I don't like communicating by telephone and would rather use email, they accommodated my preference.

The company has done a much better job staying in contact and communicating to get the needs met. Their product is outstanding and always has been. I hope the commitment to customer service continues and their product continues to be excellent. Paula @ Redman has taken a hands on approach to righting what we felt were wrongs and we thank and appreciate it.

I am very happy we got this sit to stand electric wheelchair for my son! He will be going into high school next year and I am very happy he will be able to be eye to eye with his peers going down the halls. Even though they were in a different state then we are I found the customer service to be great. So far we have had no problems. If this is something you are in a market for then I would recommend them for sure.

Redman Power Chair has helped my grandma beyond words. This innovative product let's her get around and even stand in way that was impossible before, and their customer service has been amazing from start to end, they are there for you with anything you might need including repairs. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

Do not allow this company access to your phone number. Despite telling them years ago that I don't need or want their products, they keep calling me. In the last two weeks, they have called me about a dozen times, sometimes several times a day. When I answer and ask them to stop calling me, the salesperson hangs up.... then calls me the next day! By the way, their names "Redman" and "Chief" are offensive to some people. You would think that this company would stop using their logo of a Native American, complete with feathers.

I beg you - do NOT buy a power chair from this company. The quality of the product is very poor. We spent way too much $ on this chair for garbage, only because it could stand my boyfriend up in the chair. We have had so many problems with it, the customer service is abysmal, and they have no local service people to make quick repairs. Please find another power chair company to use, and not this one.
