There's black mold in the pool.The bathroom smells like mold and it's NOT properly cleaned. The one white last staff member with short hair and a dermal piercing is a B****. Couldn't get towels or a broom without a fight.

This is a 3-star hotel (in Yelp grades, not hotel grades), the likes of which we rarely see anymore!I'm cheap.When I travel, I do it to do other shit. I try to camp, if I can.If I do get a hotel, this is what I'm looking for:1) It's under $100.2) It has a hot shower.3) It has an OK bed.4) That bed won't give me bed bugs.That's all I want! I don't travel to hang out in a hotel!This hotel is all of that.It ain't luxurious though. You wouldn't take your love here for a getaway.But if you want to hike in the hills around Tucson and walk to some bars, it's perfect.

Genuinely awful motel. I rarely leave Yelp reviews but I was moved to warn everybody. My boyfriend and I chose this place as a low cost option for a few days visit but we should have swallowed the cost for a few more bucks a night. Our key cards stopped working and had to be replaced FOUR TIMES. Especially concerning since this motel is in a sketchy part of town, many homeless folk and strange people lurking around the premises. We were woken up by a homeless woman pounding on our room door, not once but twice. Got sketched out and left...The included breakfast is mediocre. Ultra-processed generic breakfast cereals, some fruit, juice and coffee. Bathroom light does not work. No hand soap given either. We were refused extra sheets and towels. Front desk staff was incompetent in helping us, the employee that spoke with us didn't even know where to look for extra linens. Overall, if you're going to Tucson, find somewhere else to stay.

Should have read the reviews before paying $200 a night to stay here. Busy weekend with soccer tournaments and U of A events. Did not realize the hotel was usually $66 a night. Bed sheets and towels did not appear clean. We had to pick hairs off of them. I spoke to the front desk on two occasions, plus spoke with a housekeeper directly, to request clean towels and sheets. This did not happen. The only positive was the man who helped check us in on the first night, who did his best despite being short staffed.

This place needs some serious renovations and clean up. The improvements are too numerous to completely list but this is a few of them: The walls and baseboards were filthy, there is a serious structural crack over the door in the room we stayed in, the door hasp is broken so you can't really secure the door, there were spiders on the ceiling. See the pictures accompanying this review. On a bright note the bed and bathroom were clean.

What an awful motel. Stayed here for 2 nights and it was a terrible experience. The quality of the room was awful so the highway noise was very loud. This would have been fine except that both nights we were there (a Tuesday and Wednesday night), it seemed like other people in the room next to us were having a party. Again the absolutely shitty quality of the room played a part since it was so loud inside the room. The first night it ended around 2 am with a very loud man yelling at some woman (we theorized it was a pimp to his prostitue?) and having a bit of a shouting match for a while. The second night it was very late as well as some woman was complaining about police brutality very loudly to her friends.The room itself was spacious but as you can tell from the photos the doors on either side looked like they had been kicked in too many times and badly needed repairs. That's probably where the sound came in from.The wifi was pretty bad the first night and then stopped working as of the following morning and we could not get it working again the rest of your stay. Upon reporting it, we were told to "keep trying since although it's down, it'll start working again soon". Never worked again despite lots of fiddling with it.Overall the place feels uncomfortable to be in and definitely could be a crack den/brothel. Don't come here - save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. It's not even cheap enough to justify the pervasive feeling of being unsafe.

I am updating my review now that the hotel has reached out and apologized. The hotel rooms are nice and updated and the beds were very comfortable. Good AC and nice bathroom and TV. Decent morning breakfast. Cons are location, homeless outside, and exterior look but most notably is the large ballroom that holds events. I WOULD ADVISE ASKING IF THERE IS AN EVENT DURING YOUR STAY, GET A ROOM IN THE BACK FAR CORNER AND BRING EAR PLUGS IF A LIGHT SLEEPER. I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN IF NO EVENT GOING ON.

This hotel is very basic, there was only one bar of soap for the sink and shower. There's no water glasses, you have to drink out of the tap to rinse after brushing your teeth. There was no hairdryer in the room. I called the desk and they said they would look for one and send it to my room but never did. The second day, the key cards didn't work, we had to go to the check in to have them fix it. It's a dump. There's no bedspread.

inexpensive but dirty. First issue was several black long hairs on bed pillows. We don't have that color hair. Room is dirty and in need of repairs. Also same hair on folded unused wash cloth. Drainage in shower was not good. Lots of water damage evidence in room And bathroom. Floor did not appear clean. Drain had hair in it. Rough side of town. Loud concert nearby. Lots of bumps in the night. Did not partake of breakfast. Ordered McDonald's instead.Did not feel safe here.Checkout clerk not concerned about service. I do not recommend this place.

Avoid this place , like the plague !First off, my family had to step around the "tweeter" sleeping in the stairwell. Then we had to get a different room that smelled like someone peed all over the carpet , then drowned with chemicals to cover up.You can hear ever car on the freeway like a great surround system in your room.They have a large tin building they rent out for parties with live bands. See picThe music went on till after 1:00am with the constant bass thump that would rattle change on the nightstand. The staff was friendly they would be better asset at a resort.
