After testing positive for covid I was looking for all natural supplements to help boost my immune system, the staff was ready to help me with some suggestions and they assembled a care package and set up for a safe pick up for me. I can't say how much I appreciated the help and the advice. I believe my speedy recovery was due to these all natural supplements and prayers.

Awesome little shop! We went in looking for one item and ended up getting a really cool lotion, bamboo toothbrush, and a "last swab". The store is packed with so many beautiful and useful zero waste products, gifts, and plants. Also had a lovely chat with one of the owners about compost and worms Highly recommend!

Oceanside is stepping up it's game with lots of unique shops, boutiques and restaurants on the scene. Reap and Sow is one of those places that focuses on organic products. And when I say organic...I mean for you, your body, your kids, your pets, your loved ones, basically organic for everyone! The shops markets itself as an eco friendly and clean boutique and it is a great find for those interested in farming, gardening, preserving, herbs, and homesteading in general. You never know if and when you will need to live off the grid! We visited on a Saturday afternoon and had just missed the morning crop swap (a great concept), where you bring your home grown produce and trade for something you need and leave your crop for others to enjoy! The shop owner is engaged and shares information about the products in the shop. I am looking forward to returning for the caffeine face mask (a 3 time use, beauty regimen)! In addition, the husband and I discussed trying the 100% Pure products (the Kona coffee scrub and eye cream smelled so good I wanted to drink them both)! I am sure we will return shortly with our own organic produce and to pick out some seeds. As you enter and depart the shop, you will find a cozy umbrella table and chairs and a box of children's books! This is a great place for families to enjoy time together, pick up an organic treat or product and shop local! I'm giving it 5 Stars for it's innovative style in our local North County area.
