This place takes snacking to a whole new level, and their tostitos and ice cream are the stars of the show. The tostitos are loaded with toppings that are as unique as they are delicious. The elote tostitos were OUT OF THIS WORLD. Perfectly roasted corn with creamy cheese, a tangy kick of lime, and just the right amount of spice all loaded onto the Tostito flavor of your choice! And the staff is so sweet helping to make sure you get all the toppings you want! The homemade chips are perfectly crispy and paired so well with the chicken torta I got. They also have amazing hours for the downtown spot-- open until 3 am on weekends!!! And the menu is PACKED with options, from quesadillas and tortas to ice cream and milkshakes. Plus, their jicama and lemonade mix is the perfect refreshing drink (perfectly tangy and sweet).If you're in the mood for something delicious and a little different, this is definitely the spot to check out- we will be back!

The menu was a little confusing to understand, especially as someone who is not bilingual. Would have appreciated more pictures or descriptions of items. This place is never busy and has a nice indoor seating area. The raspado I had was pretty meh

First of all, the place is very cute! The server was friendly and the food was really good. We got the Southwest chicken salad and the birria pizza and both were nicely presented and tasty. They even offered extra birria broth for the leftovers. We highly recommend it! Next time we need to try the raspados but it was so cold out!

My daughter is a shaved ice fan so we had to try out Raspaderia El Sahuaro. We had a simple vanilla ice cream with strawberry and sweetened condensed milk. My husband and I loved it. My daughter does not enjoy fruit chunks. She was expecting a typical shaved ice with syrups. This was better in my opinion. The service was quick and very friendly. I look forward to going back to try new flavors.

Everything you need in one stop great value for prices as well. We definitely needed this spot downtown.
