I was told to try this place by a transmission shop. The front desk employee, she was very helpful and nice. Great customer service as I walked in. I took my truck to get a catylic converter check done. My truck passed the test so they saved me some good money that I didn't have to waste. I only spent $60 and not the $2000 I was quoted for a new rebuilt transmission Great place to get your truck or car done. I would recommend this place to anyone

If I could give this place a zero I would. I went here to get my catalytic converter replaced, they welded on a piece of junk, not to mention their welding looks like a 2 year old did it. They had to modify the cat on my car and broke the heat shield. The heat shield was banging under my car making a terrible noise. I called to get it checked out and they proceeded to tell me how it's in perfect condition. I had to to get really loud with them in order for them to fix the mess they had caused to my car. They tried to make me feel stupid about how the car isn't broken. And they tired to talk down on me saying I dont know what I'm talking about and that they had nothing to do with why my car makes loud banging sounds. I told them time and time again that this happened immediately after I left their shop. They ended up having to install a new cat and it hasn't made noise since. The welding is still very much terrible. Not to mention The front desk lady was very rude, and very dismissive. Has no customer service whatsoever. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing your research before coming here. They thought they could scam a young girl, but they highly were mistaken with the knowledge that I have about cars and what my family has as well. Overall they handled things very unprofessional.

HONEST and trustworthy are the staff here. I've had the pleasure of having my vehicle worked on twice now and pleased are the results both times. The mechanics are well skilled, the front office staff are polite, efficient and value your business. It's great to have a full service mechanic shop that you can trust and afford. Their quality of repair is tip top! Their prices are VERY affordable! Our family can truly recommend this repair shop for future customers....

I have had 2 jobs done at this shop. One involving the repair of a muffler heat shield. The other, completed last week, involved solving an annoying problem I caused myself with stripped out bolts on my skid plate.Both jobs were completed quickly, courteously, economically and professionally. I have had no problems with the work that was done. The only glich that occurred last week was they could not process my credit card because their system was down. I will still give them 5 Stars. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ramon's shop.

Well I just had another Magnaflow Performance Exhaust put on my other 96 f250 460 big block. The workmanship is top notch looks too nice to be hidden under truck and as always was a decent price. Sounds great and I will always go back to them for ANY exhaust work. Ask for Joe when calling or on person. Got the job done quickly and went out of their way to make sure I was totally pleased. You bet I am!

I took my vehicle in for what I perceived to be a radiator problem, although I wasn't sure if it was something more. They called to inform me that it was, in fact, the radiator. They fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and gave me a cheaper quote than the three to four other shops I had called. My car is holding up nicely, and I've had no problems with it thus far. Everyone here was cordial. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Going make this short and to the point .. AC in my 2004 odyssey has been acting up for over a year..Most estimates were north of 300 to fix.. This summer AC decided to give up the ghost. Blowing out heat from hell ..Called Ramons at 100 pm asked if they could look at it give me at least an estimate on cost and time frame for repairs. I was told bring it in and they'll at least would be able to look at. Within 15 mins. there was a tech working away on my van. I was told that Heater control switch was out and I needed freon NOT a total recharge just some added.. Frank said they couldn't locate the part today but a quick fix would be to by pass it till I wanted to use my heater in Tucson i never want to use my heater 2 hours later AC was fixed and working great.. You want a fast reliable and honest autoshop this is the place. They only fixed what needed to be fixed, didn't try to offer repairs that for things that MIGHT need to be repaired or replaced as two other shops " recommended "The front desk staff was both friendly and open to conversation.I will happily be a repeat customer. Oh and the bill. was less then I paid for a simple diagnostics.Keep up the great work thanks

I took my mom's car after 2 of her rear catalytic converters were stolen . I was worried of cost but was happy with outcome. They gave me to choices either replace them or just put pipe which lowered cost drastically. They are an honest business and I will highly recommend this place to all my friends. Absolutely satisfied
