Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

They only have a couple items on their menu for a reason. They know what they have is simple but excellent. I always get the tenders, coleslaw, extra bread and sauce, the special ketchup packets they have, and their lemonade. This is such a a good fried chicken place. Their service is fast and on point. Because the menu is so simple, it's a lot harder for them to mess up your order. Please try this place.

Canes is okay but the chicken and fries are never cooked all the way when I come. My chicken is always soggy and the breading is very light. The advertisement says the bread is grilled to golden and that is usually not the case. I'm not a fan of the sauce but their honey mustard is bomb. Everyone at this location was friendly but the music was super loud.

I just don't understand WHY THERE IS ALWAYS A LINE ? Never been there tried it last week, chicken tenders had NO TASTE and was mostly breading, guess that's why I've only been there once. Won't ever go back like eating cardboard.

This is hands-down the worst raising cane's in Tucson. Every time that I have gone here, the service is bad. I had one cashier try to sneak a drink onto my order and when I asked her if she charged me for it, she said no. Afterwards, I checked the receipt and she had charged me for one! I literally asked her to review to see if she charged me for it and she said no. So I asked for a refund and she told someone that I changed my mind when they had to void it. This place is also dirty and the parking is a nightmare. Fries are always too salty and it just seems like they do not care about making the food properly. My recommendation is to stay away from this one. Best one is the Oracle location.

I was very surprised to pull up on a Saturday evening and see a long, long, long line at the drive through. I guess that's a good sign, yes? We opted to go inside because the drive through line wasn't moving. Thankfully inside was much calmer and we were able to quickly order our food and it didn't take long. The food itself was good. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. And the sweet tea... perfection!

Raising Cane's restaurants can get crowded around peek times resulting in longer waits than you might expect for "fast food" but it's worth it. We just plan around those times and go in between lunch/dinner rush. Their chicken tenders are some of the better offerings out there... large, whole breast meat being the key. The breading that each chicken tender is fried in is pretty thick but that yields a nice crunch too. We are not big soda drinkers or french fry eaters so rather than the $10 meals which only come with 3 tenders (plus greasy fries and sugary soda) we always opt for the tailgater tray (see pic) and waters. For basically the same price as four individual meals we get double the number of their large chicken tenders! We usually opt for half ranch and half honey-mustard sauces, although they're terrific plain too!

The service here is the worst, the cashier had a terrible attitude and proceeded to laugh at me with another coworker. Never coming here again. Embarrassing.

I LOVE CANES the chicken by itself is very good that can easily blow Popeyes out of the water. but with the fries and the sauce; my mouths watering just thinking about it!!

Why is it,,, you pay almost 9 dollars for a chicken sandwich,,, you go inside to make sure sandwich is fresh,,, and then the worker passes you a sandwich that somebody didn't want. I'm watching. I opened it up,, sandwich is lukewarm,,, nope!! Told the girl, I want a fresh hot one,,, had the nerve to tell me it warms up later,,, I'm not THAT stupid! So basically she took the warm strips off, replace with fresh hot ones,,, how do I know?,,, the lettuce was black, shriveled, and limp, slimy. Lazy people! I won't go there anymore,, and I'll let people know what they did! Told a customer before I left,, check your food,, don't let them give you food somebody didn't want,, or returned. Disgusting. I'm reaching out to corporate. I give them 0 STARS,,
